In business, its true you need to sell a product to make money.....but today, business have evolved. Today, you don't need to own a product. You can pick another person's digital products, advertise and you get a commission from every sale. Most times the commissions are very high.....between 40-80%. Let's say you pick a product of 50k. HOW TO TURN A PROSPECT INTO A CUSTOMER Client: How can I turn a prospect into a customer. I hear lots of NO and 'I'll get back to you" Me: Its quite simple. You already know all the possible objections a customer would give you. Whenever you hear, I'll get back to you... Respond with something like " I understand. We all need sometime to make decisions. But what's stopping you from making a decision now? Two things happened there. 1. You agreed with them so it doesn't look like a confrontation. 2. You're digging for an objection ( that you're already prepared for). It could be that she doesn't like the colour, product type, your price, location etc. Once she opens up, you can close her quickly. Yesterday, a client asked "Do you think someone with no money can make at least 100k in the next 30 days?" Yes, its very achievable. How? 1. Pick a product or offer a service with a 10k profit margin.... Make just 10 sales( 1 sales every 3 days) 10k X 10 sales = 100k OR. 3. Pick a product/offer a service with a 5k profit margin....make just 20 sales( that is about 1 sales per day) 5k X 20 sales = 100k. HELP MY SCHOOL IS ABOUT TO CRASH!!! Look at what parents are owing us. Do they want us to close down? Is this fair? My eyes lit up when I saw the figures. "They would owe you, plead and promise heaven and earth when they manage to hold on till a new session, they'll go to a new school with everything they owe. Is this fair? " She asked. The worst is the senior classes. They'll owe you till they get to ss2. Little will you know that they've registered for waec elsewhere and voom, they've left. Now the average school system is from Jss1-Ss2. They're gradually fading out the SS3, the same way they did to primary 6. These parents are killing the system forgetting that what the children didn't learn in the SS3 would be most needed. She was bitter. She's been running the school for over 10 years and you know how painful it is watching your brainchild die. Her staffs were on the brink of leaving as she's been owing them for months. Only a few are considerate as she's never owed for a month but she understands as they have to pay bills too. Some consider her as wicked not knowing what she's going through and parents are withdrawing their children from the school. What do I do? Why do these parents act so wicked despite how understanding I have been with them. Why can't people keep to their words? Now you see why some people act the way they do. Yes I know things are difficult and that's why we're understanding now look where it landed us. Can you see....enh coach..... you're not saying anything. I listened as she poured out her heart.I understood her so well. I've had several clients like her whose school had also been on the brink of closure until we devised strategies for her to stop their parents from owing her and running away with her money. Her friend who introduced her to us had already started seeing a great reduction in monies owed and she has already promised her staff an increment if they work as a team to apply the strategies we showed them to grow the school. GET AN EDGE As a business owner who wants to make more sales, you should learn how to get an edge over others. By this I mean, look at other business owners( people selling your kind of products) and point out what they're not doing well...then use it as an edge to sell over them. You can do this won't calling anyone out. By this I mean, 1. Find out the mistakes they're making 2. Find out why their customers are running away from them. 3. Find out why their customers are seeing low or poor results. Write all these and more things you observed. Then put together plans and strategies to correct them. Package your products/services to reflect that you've corrected those mistakes Then use it in your marketing message. As a business owner, ensure your marketing message captures two things: the fears and questions of your customers. Whatever you sell. Be you a Wholesaler, vendor, Network marketer, graphics designer, etc. Your customers have fears and questions and unless you address them, they'll not buy. So you must enter into their minds and pull out their questions and fears and deal with them in your marketing message. For example, here are the questions in the minds of hearts of your customers 1. Is she real, can I trust her? 2. Does this product really work? 3. Does it have an adverse effect( for select products) 4. How durable is it? 5. What if it doesn't work, what happens to my money. 6. How can I get it? 7. How long do I have to use it to see results ( for select products) 8. If I have questions or problems, can I reach you. And lots more.
