3. Enhanced Sales and Marketing Digital Presence: A laptop is essential for managing a website or social media accounts, helping to showcase products and attract customers. Having a laptop will allow staff to manage online orders for pickups and deliveries. A cloud-based POS system tracked on a laptop can help capture customer data to improve loyalty and tailor marketing.

4. Improved Communication: Enables fast communication with staff and clients via email, and facilitates online training.

How many loafs of bread do you think is feasibly marketable for a new bakery ( I live in Ibadan). I mean, for a new bakery opening, what number of sales daily should one project. And also which would you advise to go for, a smaller scale (if there are options to the equipment sizes and price but new products) or get it set up on the standard you gave but with fairly used equipment. Which would you strongly advise on?

Best option will be fairly used equipment. If you buy smaller scale equipment, you will easily outgrown them.
You can ask well start producing without bread slicer(i.e producing unsliced bread only for a start), so that can reduce the cost for you as well. You can get a good carpenter to do a wooden bread shelve for you instead of buying foreign one. Etc

Just set this up for a client last month at Ajah
