Did you work in a bakery before setting up your own?
For how long did it take you to gather enough experience?

I have been working since 2012. I worked with one of the leading eateries in Lagos for 2 years (2012-2014) and since then I have been working with commercial bakeries, my last position being a bakery manager in a reputable bakery for a period of 4 yrs before resigning last month

All glory to God, I have been able to actualize my long time dream of owning a bakery. Having graduated from the University in 2009 with a degree in Food Science and Technology, worked with several food companies for about 8 yrs now, I now finally have my own bakery. I just want this thread to be for those in the business or those intending to go into bakery business. Come in let's share ideas together. Also feel free to ask me any question, I'm available to respond to them all
