Well as for me, I am not stingy to myself.I can get anything expensive within my power for myself as long as it's for me.
But I am stingy to people (both men and women).If I give you, I must receive from you as well, If I can't receive from you, I can't give you.
Sometimes it might not even be money.It might be valuables or other stuffs you need and women especially always want to receive without giving so they call me stingy as well but I don't care 😘
