The government should find a way to limit their activities within the inner streets or if possible make them work hand in hand with the garbage trucks. We have not really gotten it on terms of garbage disposal yet the government thinks it's a good idea to get rid of one of the key figures in garbage disposal. Those cartpushers are lifesavers in inner streets where the PSP garbage trucks can't/don't reach. They should focus on operating within those terrains
