baliyubla:  Inasmuch as I dislike Buhari's way of leadership, he is still not the pioneering source of our problems. The truth is that what is limiting us is inside of us. Our brain (hardware component) is faulty. Our mind (the intelligent software) is outdated. There's a way we've been programmed that is making us to move backward while the rest of the modern world are heading forward. How many Nigerians have a dream? All we care about is making a living. An extravagant one for that matter. All in a bid to showoff and intimidate our fellow citizens. How many Nigerians prioritize his/her country first? We live in a country where citizens take their faith, tribe and religion above their country. To be candid, no country develop that way. How many Nigerian choose science and technology as their way of life? How many of us loves being knowledgeable or being a genius? How many of us practice human creativity and innovation? We live in a country where thousands of graduates are produced per annum. Many of which are certified scientist without any practical application of those scientific knowledge. We complain about bad roads and basic infrastructures and social amenities. Is it bad road that's preventing our computer science graduates to be productive in software design & development? How many compiler, browser, IDE, Programming language, Framework, 3D engine etc were written by any Nigerian software developer? All they care about is working for client and making an ends meet. No dream! No future ambition! Yet, we want to become a superpower country. The USA was developed by well-meaning citizens that doesn't clamour for Paradise with sheer cowardice and docility. They made protest when needs be without minding loosing their lives. They agitated for freedom and positive change when need arrives. They always take their country first above Jesus and Mohammed. Their culture (heritage) comes second. They were young guys that so much love their country to the extent that they couldn't wait to graduate from college before kick starting their dreams and visions. They were not too young to start a Tech company as a teenager. They were not too poor to start one from a garage. They faced similar challenges like every business owner faced throughout the world. They were not too tired to complain. They were not too shortsighted to quit. They proved their dreams to the world, defended what they believed in and in doing so, they collectively build the future they desire, the tomorrow they wanted to see and the country they want for their unborn generation. Once again, nothing is stopping us from progressing. We're our own greatest obstacle. Our own major limitation. Let's start having a dream, a clearer purpose for our lives, building tomorrow, falling in love with science and technology and making our country comes first in everything we do. - Solutionmee God bless Africa God bless Nigeria God bless all men of impacts But most especially, God bless all men with dreams out there |

Very correct. The rest of the world are facing unnecessary problems all because of a lifeless continent called Africa. Earth would have been a perfect planet without Africa in it. We're a black race with an analog mindset still living in a dark civilization. We're carried away with religion, tribalism and pseudo-politics. We hate facing reality despite living in a natural world. We derive pleasure in abusing nature with spiritual and supernatural concept. Without mincing word, we're inferior!!! The North keeps drawing Nigeria backward. Nigeria keeps drawing Africa backward. Africa keeps drawing the rest of the world backward. Even earth sef is stylishly drawing other planets backward. If not, can anyone tell me why Mars is not inhabited with aliens by now? Ever since scientists started exploring the innocent planet, we don dey use our bad luck dey affect the red planet. Shame on human race. Our humanity is an hybrid form of selfishness and greediness. We only care about ourselves. We're too homocentric for my liking. We kill animals with joy but resurrect our conscience when our fellow humans are killed. I regret being a human. I prefer being an alien, robot or a gaming character instead. 1 Like |

afroniger: You're still getting it twisted. Humanity is not defined by the number of RIP we're able to type on social media. Humanity is defined by the numbers of reality we're able to face. Immediately I read the headline, I had already accepted it as their fate and my own reality. Sympathy is a sign of weakness and cowardice. I behaved as a human by immediately moving on with my life while anticipating for the next reality that life has to offer. After all, they're not the first group of people to exit life in such a disgusting way and definitely won't be the last. By 23rd century, none of us alive today will be alive again. That's reality. The sooner we accept death as part of our existence and fate, the higher chance we have to appreciate every wonderful moment that life has for us. afroniger: Nothing funny there. Nothing motivating. Nothing inspiring. My only concern is that how can a full passengers sleep and focus in the same direction? Like how on earth did they manage to choose the same fate & destiny? The only lesson here is that we should be mindful of the group of people we associate or board a bus with. They should as a matter of urgency rescue the luxurious bus. Both the driver and the passengers can continue living by shuffling their terrestrial lives with an aquatic one. One thing I believe in is that if they're smart enough to swim, they will live. As of today, the most beautiful life is still found in the ocean. Sea life is the best. Once again, that bus should be explored by dedicated experts. That's the most important thing for now. |

The worst thing that can ever happen to a human is to contemplate on whether to give Buhari a second chance or not. Doing that alone equates to breaking his own campaign promise and over tasking an aged man. That's disOBIdience to our constitution. The best thing that can happen to a Nigerian like me is to ATIKUlately and OBIdiently install PDP back into power next year before we all read about the future of our dear country on the pages of OBItuary.
