The question is why do we love deceiving ourselves. in nigeriaMost engineering curriculum focuses too much on theories with less emphasis on practicals. In secondary sch, physics, chemistry, agric etc are taught without much consideration for practicals. when I was in secondary sch , we didn't do any practicals until it a week to waec . The teacher started giving us hints on how to pass the practical exams. When I was in the polytechnic as an engineering students ,no practicals. when in university the same,and we end up being called engineer. why do we so much focused on research (theories)when no means to develop the outcomes of those researches. To cover up these lapses they are now preaching self employment, after making the graduates unemployable.
I don't think the problem solely lies with the government alone, those who designed our curriculum ,professors ,teachers are also to be blamed.

However, if we should follow the word 'abstain', then we should run away from blood of fish, goats and other animals as well as injured people and women giving birth. Unfortunately, they do not have any bible record of blood transfusion prior to the time of the first Apostles to justify that their claim.

religious organisation needs to invest in agriculture because they control so much money in the economy while they also have millions of followers who are really poor as well.
The investments they have in university education is good but not enough to develop the society.

They also need to help reduce poverty and unemployment in the land. We need more than private jets to propagate the gospel, we also need farms(food).
