Yesterday, Friday 19th of MAY,2017 will go down in the history books of Student Unionism in this Great citadel of learning. Hon.Michael Oragwa, the honourable member representing the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Constituency in the 24th house of the Student Representative Council,Student Union Government,Nnamdi Azikiwe University,Awka brought a motion to the house, seeking to reduce the cost of Transport fare within the school premises. According to him,Drivers who operate within the school premises usually pay the Transport Tax Fund(TTF) at the Ifite Bus stand which happens to be the major bus stand in the school when conveying students to and from the School and so the transport fare of N40 from the Ifite bus stand should remain considering the current cost of Petrol, but when drivers pick up passengers from any two points within the school premises other than the bus stand (such as moving from Bank to faculty of Law, Utility to Bank, Science village to Hostel/Bank etc) that the fare be reduced to N30 instead of N40. This is based on the premise that the drivers/ commuters do not pay any TTF to the union when picking students from this points within the school. According to him,as honourable members the interests of the students who elected us would always be our paramount interest in all we do. The motion was passed as a resolution and approved by the house. We hope that this resolution of the house would be implemented in due time by the President,Comrade Nwambu Henry Nwabueze whom the Executive Powers of the Union is bestowed upon by the Constitution. Unizikmata media team has obtained a copy of the Motion and Resolution as passed by the house. See the copies below http://www.unizikmata.com.ng/2017/05/breakingcost-of-transport-set-to-reduce.html?m=1 |

According to news reports, Osama bin Laden’s son, Hamza is reportedly seeking revenge for his father’s death and is poised to become the new leader of Al Qaeda. Some personal letters seized in the raid that killed bin Laden show that his son, Hamza, is set on avenging his father’s death. Former FBI agent, Ali Soufan, while speaking to CBS News in an interview said: “He tells him that…he remembers ‘every look…every smile you gave me, every word you told me.” Soufan also said that Hamza considers himself “to be forged in steel.” When he was younger Hamza was used as a propaganda tool in his father’s videos in which he was seen sometimes holding a gun. The agent added that he had even started to sound like his father. Soufan said: “ His recent message that came out, he delivered the speech as if it’s his father, using sentences, terminology that was used by Osama bin Laden.” Hamza is believed to be about 28 years old and has been named as a “specially designated global terrorist” by the U.S., as he has recorded four audio messages in the last two years aimed at the U.S. “He’s basically saying, ‘American people, we’re coming and you’re going to feel it,” Soufan said. “And we’re going to take revenge for what you did to my father. Iraq, Afghanistan’. The whole thing was about vengeance,” Soufan concluded. source: myteemblog.com/osama-bin-ladens-son-threatens-us-over-fathers-death-see-what-he-said-photo/ |

1) U. B.A: That bank looks like a shrine..
Everywhere is just painted Red! And the bank is
very stingy, they will never employ workers. It's
only UBA you will enter & see empty cashier
seats... They will like 2 employ only 1 Cashier
who ends up delaying customers. (2) GTB: This bank has the highest number of customers! The only bank that looks like aba ariaria market U quie lik mofedaku,The only difference is that you see people with suits and pen they have their wahala but I like them shaa (3) Skye Bank: Hian! This bank will just be looking like somebody's bathroom. Very small bank, dem go jampack people like sardines! Their workers no dey even wear suit again probably because of heat... Everybody dey enter the bank with hand fan. (4) Diamond Bank: Only their Lemon Green Colour can make you open 18 accounts with them even if nothing is inside. That is the only thing good about them. The have few branches in city, their banking hall is like onitsha main market place. But their transfer protocol be like America constitution, simple to transfer with ATM, u go first go sign Non disclosure agreement. (5) Zenith bank: Dis one ehn...? The only thing dem know how to do best is to decorate their walls with mirrors You will just stay at the front and be seeing someone behind you Sometimes if you enter the bank, you will be confused, you won't even know which road to follow because everybody is appearing two two for the mirror I wonder if their CEO is a Crystal palace fan. Just carry crystal full everywhere! (6) Sterling Bank hmm this bank looks like eatery atimes I used to mistake it for where they are selling ice creams ices and sharwama (7) Union Bank: Chai! This bank ehn? I cannot fit yab dem because dem old pass my grandpapa! Sometimes, I begin to think maybe the children of Israelites have accounts with Union bank... Their security men sef na old old old papas dem be.... You go enter bank to pay na people with walking stick u go dey see .. 8 FCMB They are just beautiful women with good attitudes only that all your incomes will just be going for aso ebi and ice cream 9. FIDELITY That one na bank for retired teacher, the only issue in customer care na about pension, u reach cashier point, one old papa will be withdrawing #45675, #5 naira will always appear. I wonder if no be that bank dey hold all #5 CBN prints. Infact, they are the only bank whose ATM has pension button. 10. FIRST BANK. Ah ah ah, this bank can annoy somebody, their first wahala na their door, they will just be screening u like say na jamb office. If enter, queue be like Aba road hold up for port Harcourt, Infact the most annoying na some of their workers behaviour, somebody will just be counting #7000 with machine and #200000 with ordinary hand. They can screen #1000 na keke people but the good thing about them is their ATM galleries. For that one them try OYA IDENTIFY YOUR BANK..... |
obynocute:the above is just a scratch, there are more works you need to put to be a Photographer(Great). |
obynocute:well in Nigeria, it does not take too much like the white guys where you have to get a degree in photography. it takes self discipline, good eye n a good Camera product. you can start start small. find your style of photography and make it big. |
Lets start here, you’re not just paying for the actual photograph ; you’re paying for time, gear and expertise. Most of the people having this question in mind, think that it’s just about spending few hours & pressing few buttons. But that’s far from the reality. The work which you see as a 2 hour assignment, is stretched far beyond that. Let’s breakdown factor involved which makes professional photography expensive. 1. Time You might see it as a 2 hour assignment. But what you may ignore is the Travelling time to reach the location, the set up time, time spent talking to the clients at venue, time spent in negotiations before the shoot, the actual shoot, transferring and backing up the data, post processing, reviewing with clients, delivering the photos or scheduling a pick up. And we are not even going into time spent building relationship with client, marketing and office hours. Post processing itself may take over a day or many depending upon the number of photographs. Especially in case of wedding Photographers. 2. Gear Professional photographers don’t compromise with the quality of their gear. They buy professional equipment . They spend thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars getting multiple camera bodies, the finest lenses, flash equipment for every situation, tripods, light stands, backdrops, props, carrying and storage cases. Not only this, they buy professional licenses for software and different cloud back-up storage solutions and many other things. 3. Premium Services Pro Photographers join communities to further learn and explore new dimensions. They have to pay for their membership to different premium photography communities. They pay for a premium account on photography services like Flickr, 500px and others. They pay for maintenance of website. They even need consultation with lawyer sometimes. Premium services may also include office and studio rent, electricity and phone bills etc. 4. Skills Apart from being a good photographer, they have to be CEO, marketing manager, financial manager, salesperson, production worker, buyer, negotiator, driver, networker, organizer etc. That’s the kind of skill-set of Professional Photographer. 5. Compromise Professional Photographers don’t compromise. They will give you the best they can. They don’t back off from tough assignments. They would travel to any possible location and will shoot to the best of their ability. They give you their valuable time. They don’t run for multiple assignments within a day. They would rather do one quality assignment. 6. Technology Pro Photographers keep themselves and their gears up to date with the rapidly evolving technology. They find things that perfectly match their clients taste. Their equipment are not of a hobbyist. They will be using the best technology available. 7. Experience Experience is the one thing that may beat everything. And the Professionals are vastly experienced. They can advice you over a number of thing which you would not be able to decide. They know whats right and what could go wrong. 8. Uniqueness & Quality Professionals have their unique style yet every shoot will look different. They know how to infuse freshness. The quality of photos are supreme. 9. Returns The truth is that you get what you pay for. You will get photographs worth the money involved. And you know that there are no second chances. 10. Assistants and Help They may have a small team working with them either on location or back in studio. The Photographer pays them for their work from his income. So next time if you think a Photographer is charging more, do consider the above points. Source: pixelpluck.com/10-reasons-photographers-expensive/
