Please I have all the original copies of all the documents to be courier but I want to be sure if it is the original of all documents I should send or just make a photocopy to send. Pls kindly guide me I don’t want to make mistakes on that.

Also is the visa fee now 188k as posted here and can you pls give me a link to check the new rate and the account for the visa fee

Thank you, do you mean i will do a copy of all additional documents and notarized them one by one before mailing them. Is there any designated notary public they use or can i do it on my own.

Again, can i pay for the visa fee through bank transfer from my own account without going to stanbic or is it compulsory i pay inside stanbic
bank.

Please I'm at a cross road

Im in the process of applying for a visit visa for me and my family, I filled one online form, attached documents and submit all our application individually for each member of the family. We printed out the confirmation form, signed and attached passport photo.

We went ahead to create an account on the lagos website, filled the manual form and attached the signed confirmation page with payment receipts. After a day we all got a mail that our application has been reviewed, we signed into lagos website only to find user input needed. We sent a mail to the lagos email on what next to do, we didn't get a reply. So we went ahead to reprint the online confirmation page sign again and also attach passport pic and resubmit with receipt confirmation (I also had to send mail to the lagos email that I made the payment twice the 144k and 50naira after uploading payment receipt because their site could only show one page of pdf)

A day after I got a mail that my visit visa has been cancelled for "visa application form is incomplete". That I should mail the lagos office for information, requirement and procedure for visa application. While the other member for the family only got a mail of being reviewed, after signing into our lagos profile, my visit visa service has been removed while the other members of the family visa service is still there but just showing user input needed with the same bio data page telling us to email lagos office.

Please what should I do next?
Lagos office is not replying mails.
Should I start everything afresh ?

Please I will really appreciate your honest and sincere opinions and advice.

Please I'm about to submit my application, is it advisable to state the amount the trip will cost me and my family in my cover letter ?

Please how do I show flight booking cuz travel agents say the booking will expire max 72 days, please how do I go about it.

Yes I stated the estimated total amount the trip will cost me on my cover letter and my flight reservation was cancelled on the day my documents arrived at the consulate.
