I have funded my bet365 account with $600 with gtb master card.my aim is to place small stakes($1) in double bets(double chance mkt and asian handicap or double chance mkt and over 2.5 goal mkt) until am able to double my bankroll.then i'l start staking($5).i'l use the martingel stacking plan to hit the bookie but if am on a losing streak,i'l stop placing bet @ $16 but with the double chance mkt and over 2.5 goals that has 50% success,i dont think i'l go on 3 consecutive losing streak.i'l start staking tommorow when i v credited my modem.cheers

@debeloved...stake means bets or money u placed on an outcome.backing arsenal to win means you have staked(bet) on arsenal winning....combo means a single stake(bet or money) placed on a number of selections.example arsenal vs man u,chelsea vs l'pool,wigan vs w'ham.if you back the home teams winning(arsenal,chelsea,wigan),then you place a single stake(money),say $10,in the combo box which will appear when you click on the selections.to place a combo selection,click on arsenal vs man u,then click chelsea vs l'pool,after clicking chelsea vs l'pool,a doubles box will appear under chelsea vs l'pool stake box.you then ciick wigan vs w'ham,a triple box wil appear under wigan vs w'ham stake box and then you can then type in the amount you wish to stake in the triple's box.N.B-all selections must be successful(arsenal must win man u,chelsea must win l'pool and wigan must win w'ham) for your stake(bet) to be successful...for the over 2.5 goals,most bookmaker may not include it in that particular match but may include it in the next game but if you are betting live-in-play and the have scored a goal or two,then the over 2.5 goals will be removed cos chances of scoring another goal will be 90% though this may vary from one bookmaker to another but i personally talk from bet365 experience...hope i made sense? 10 COMMANDMENTS OF BETTING
1. Discipline-you must be disciplined...just like buying & selling,you dont want to buy in higher price and sell in lower price.you shouldnt over bet and no when to place your bet
2.value bets-you dont have to risk $10 on 1.2 or 1.3 odds.go for higher odds like 2.5 & above which has great returns
3.test your own method-for any method you want to apply,test it first with small stakes and see the success before applying on larger stakes.
4.dont bet what you cant afford to lose-its simple as that,if you cant afford to lose $10,then dont try betting on it cos there's 50% chance you will lose it.

6.dont let your heart rule your head-because i am arsenal fan,i dont even bet on arsenal even before they lose van persie and song because chances are that i cant bet on arsenal losing.i dnt bet on premier league because am very emotional and my emotions might get better of me during trading

9.keep records-just like sales record,football trading is a serious biz and every transactions or bet must be recorded.i predict over 2.5 goals of any team based on their last 5 games which i record as this saves my time surfing the web.

INTRODUCTION TO ASIAN HANDICAP (AH)

This is the most popular way of betting in asia which is mainly used for soccer matches.the main difference from traditional betting is that here,we have only 2 possibilities to win-favourite and underdog(outsiders).in some manuals and explanations for AH,its stated that there's no draw option or the draw is eliminated.Actually,this is not really true cos we can win if the match is drawn & of course,we can lose on a draw if we bet on the favourite.there's a third option,to be a draw with the bookie.in that case,our bet is a push(tie) and our stake is refunded.The main advantage of this market is that the margin (spread) in the biggest asian bookmaker is about 1-3%(4-12 spread points).Normal 1x2 betting spread are about 8-12% (sometimes in local shops they can be 15-20%).what does this mean?it means that if all bets on one specific match are proportional,the bookie will make winnings equal to(if the spread is 2%) 2% from all bets.this is the way they win no matter what the result of the match

DIFFERENT TYPES OF AH

THE 0.5 AH

1.95 Ac milan (-0.5) vs liverpool (0.5) 1.95
The first figure 1.95 is the odds available and the figure in the bracket is the handicap.this means that liverpool receives an imaginary half a goal lead at the start of the match.
If you bet on ac milan who starts half a goal down,they have to WIN the match for your bet to win but if you bet on liverpool,you win if they WIN OR DRAW the match

THE 0 AH

This occurs when the likelihood of either winning is fairly level.Here,you are really betting without the draw being an option.you win if your selected team WINS but if its a draw,your stake is refunded

THE 1 AH

If you choose the (-1) handicapped selection,your team needs to WIN BY ATLEAST 2 CLEAR GOALS for your bet to win.if your team only wins by 1 goal,then your stake is refunded.
If you select the team who has a one goal lead (+1),then you win if they WIN OR DRAW.if your team lose by just 1 goal, stake is refunded.

THE 1.5 AH

here,if you bet the (-1.5) handicapped team,you win if the team WINS THE MATCH BY 2 OR MORE GOALS.If you select the team that has (+1.5),then you win if the team WINS OR DRAW.YOU ALSO WIN IF IT LOSES BY 1 GOAL.my next post will be about double AH.If you v got any ques,feel free to ask
