This is how one of the two male Vaughan family members of Egba descent following the instructions of the original Vaughan patriarch who was brought on a slave ship to the United States from Yorubaland in the early 1800s instructed his 2 sons [while on his death bed in South Carolina to migrate to Africa in order to locate their ancestral homeland (Yorubaland)]. His son's who were born in the USA to a Native American woman and had 5 other biological sisters eventually left South Carolina for Liberia before finally landing in Nigeria (Lagos Island) in search of the Egba ancestral homelands their now dead Egba father told them about in the United States before he died.
