There is nothing that this two states produce that will not be consumed by the Lagos Market

I have lived in that area before anything like a Landmark ever became popular. There were many beach businesses in that area before the Landmark. When I was young, it was Bar Beach, and then later came Lekki Beach.
The value of that project is much more than any value of any current beach business. Most of you calling 200 Million dollars like we are talking about 200 Million Naira. I just laugh every time I hear that trash. The only thing that can make that place worth 200 Million dollars is the beach itself which he does not own. Did he buy the beach from anyone? In the future, there will be many beach businesses with international brands of hotels and more.
