I am asking because I opened a first bank acct. with d idea of having an acct. that is not linked electronically and will not involve the use of ATM card so that I can save my larger sum of money there to ensure safety and use the bank teller whenever I want to withdraw huge cash.

But I was surprised when First bank told me that I won't be able to get my money with the bank teller and that the only option is to get an ATM card. I was really disappointed.
