A little change in your diet and exercising can help you reduce the cholesterol if it is creeping upwards. It is not important to go exercising only to double your intake for the simple reason that “I am burning it” instead, change your dietary intake to a heart –healthy diet and let the exercise wait.

The NYSC orientation camp is a very fun place to be. Am being positive here. It is not with all the glitz and glamour you might see on Facebook nor with all the fun and laughter you can find on instagram.
Below is a rundown of what to really expect in camp. Have a peek at it:
The arrival is the first part. It involve you coming through the camp gate. This will be the only time you’ll be allowed through the gate. There is not enough to familiarize yourself in your new environment as you’ll promptly be met with unfriendly looking army officers. Don’t be carried away by their fierce appearance, they are actually very friendly, well, most of them.

I always wanted to do things with pictures, thanks to Technology everything can be made perfect, a great thing I was not born at the time when people may not like to present themselves for a photo shoot or photo contest for the fact that they feel naturally ill equipped.
Today, everything goes, thanks to Photo shop, and makeup technology; being tall, short, lekpa, Orobo or curvy, these details have no meaning because you can cut the excesses and pad the deficiencies. If your nose is as flat as Tuntunwada Park or high as okigwe Uturu Road even when it looks like Ipoba slop, photo shop will do the job not to talk of the innovations in makeup. Sometimes after making up, I feel the last person that used the mirror forgot her image there because what I see doesn’t really look like me.

Growth is never symmetrical with all that is about us.
It is quite easy to see people grow in affluence but remain with the same understanding and mental level, but when our reasoning is not commensurate to our societal status there will be a great clash of civilizations.
The lack of respect for people is therapeutic and a great help to the society but it is actually not fare to all concerned.
Nobody is asking Flavour to come to this advanced level of argument where we have to critically ask of the implications and the reasons or consequences of carrying an opposite hormones in you that makes you respond only to people of same sex.
The least one can task him is to remember that in a society like ours he is as guilty as Chidinma when a full grown adult opens his body for the sake of money and fame.

There is no religion practiced at least vigorously in Nigeria that allows a man to be half naked in public.
The same American culture that allows Flavour to be halve naked in Public because of fame and money allows Chidinma to Marry another woman.

There are strong indications that OBI OF EGBUDU AKA in Delta State may have passed on or critically ill.
According to an unconfirmed report, the possible longest ruling Monarch in Nigeria, may have joined his ancestors after all .
Obi of Egbudu Aka who was born in 1909, was crowned on the 12th of February 1946.
If the news of the Monarch’s demise becomes confirmed, sources close to nowayo said, 'according to tradition ‘it would be announced in January since it is speculated that he passed on, on October 1’.
Sources said there is palpable tension in the community as there has been an alleged serious breach of traditional rites.
Another source that pleaded anonymity revealed that one of the sons known as Solomon, a well known Pastor in the community and who is reportedly the 5th in the line of the sons of the Obi has broken into the Palace with some of his supporters and have crowned himself the King. The drum of confusion sounding from that region does not sound like a call for peace in the nearest future.
