I started spotting sometimes 12days,10 8days to when tge period will come normally 2019,I have gone to the gynaecologist, did all necessary scan but result on what's causing the spotting,I will take fertility supplement it will stop for 7, 8mths but it will start again,And am trying to conceive for 2years now.

I spotted twelve days past ovulation too.... N dirty brown kinda spotting ... I think dat shud b d underlying factor... Did u use any projesterone support... As in really early on in d pregnancy... Cause I might b Rong ... But I think dirty brown spotting sorta hinges on low projesterone...

If the type of sperm agglutination can be spelt out the better to differentiate immune mediated or natural agglutination.

When the MCS result is out, it will give light to the ++ agglutination.

This your case doesn't happen often.. It's very rare, so there's still a chance the lab made some kinda mistakes, so I'd say you re do the test.

But if the diagnosis is right, you should be worried bro, not a single percentage of your sperm is motile.. 100 percent dead is huge (mine was 70) . Also according to the lab's conclusion, your sperm is not in a good shape.

I would recommend the drugs prescribed for me for you but our case is different so please see your doctor ASAP.

would recommend you dont exceed 4 cycles on this clomid, its not a very good drug, for continous usage, for me one or 2 cycles max..with 1 year . it causes more harm than good. there are oher ovulation drugs, letrozale, bitter leaf etc

Today is my third day missed period. Two pregnancy strip came out negative. My nipple ache. Had a bad head ache due to stress the past week at work. I had bad breakout like what i will experience when my period is to come.

I will suggest letrazole on low dose if you must induce ovulation again because it doesn't affect fibroid much as clomid but I pray that you conceive with this one. Avoid folic acid like plague till you get bfp. Please go and get busy under the duvet, get pressed lubricant so as to cover all loop holes.all the best dear

I didn't go to the doctor who prescribed those of almost 60k. I went back to the first hospital where I did transvarginal scan and hormonal profile. It was the doctor there that put me on clomid.

From my little knowledge, you have fibroid according to the scan which is located at the back of the uterus.there are multiple eggs too.i don't know if you stimulated ovulation or prenatals but please avoid folic acid and clomid.the fibroid size is increasing, with further stimulation of ovulation,it will grow so big which will require myeomectomy.

What kind of scan did you do?.
That’s good that it showed nothing but can you seek a second opinion so you have something to make comparison.I’m not sure what ovulating properly means as our bodies are all different so you either ovulating or you are not.
Have you tried monitoring your ovulation for two cycles yourself to establish a pattern?.clear blue is very good and there are other brands too.
I feel we should never take Dr words as the Holy bible but do our own research too.
Am conversant with Prednisolone and know it is a steroid which may prevent the release of hormones needed for ovulation and menstruation so many that’s why he gave you.
In the future every medical tests or consultation insist on official copies of your results before you leave.
It will all end in laughter.

If you look at the reference range and compare it to your result.It is pretty self explanatory your Tsh and progesterone are fine.

The prolactin/fsh/LH are on the high side which is not good for natural conception so that’s what needs treating.

You might want to go for an ultrasound/pelvic scan as sometimes pcos,fibroid,cyst drive your hormones high.
