For a country like Nigeria that trades on crude oil, Nigeria automatically becomes an enemy of Russia, if Nigeria supplies crude oil to America, same thing will happen if she supplies to Russia. Same for all African countries and other countries in the world. No country is an island.

We sale to the highest bidder; Moreover, neutrality means not sending troops, weapons or diplomatic support. But if we must choose, we have to go with china. they're our biggest trade partner right now & getting ride of the dollar will surely ease the burden of foreign debt. (1)First off, since Europe is facing a major energy crisis and the middle East is most likely to go up in flames soon, a negotiated agreement should be reached with the IOCs operating within to supply 70% of raw crude to our refinery and the insurance company must undertake the cost of exporting refined products (those criminals are only inclined to do import). This negotiated must come with the threat of nationalising all our energy infrastructure.
(2) This energy trade must be conducted in the local currency, for that's the only way to maximise the benefit.
(3) Technology and scientific transfer should be included in any infrastructural development that will be undertaken ( for instance, the gas pipeline from Nigeria to Europe should include 50% Nigerian engineers in the top management
(4) If possible, all outstanding loans own to the IMF & WB should be writing off as some form of reparation for the years of slavery and colonization, else we will join BRICs and abandon the dollar system entirely.
(5) The horn of Africa should be transformed into an exclusive African territory, the AU can achieve this by first bring about stability in Sudan and Somalia and next getting them to take over those foreign bases like Niger did.
Western powers will be so eager to negotiate for any advantage since they will be caught up in two wars , for us to maximise our advantage
We must concentrate power with the AU and negotiate as a block.

Even you as a businessman, the FG can’t force you to sell to only local consumers if you are have international buyers who’s ready to buy a good price and in hard currency.

NNPC in the other hand should allocate their crude oil quota to the domestic market.

FG can’t force IOCs to sell their crude oil to Dangote …. Except you want OPEC to sanction Nigeria from selling crude oil to international market (This may affect Nigeria badly and may lead to massive job losses in the industry)

Our energy needs is a matter of national security, so therefore indigenous critical infrastructure like the dangote refinery should take preeminence in the buyers market. It's this duplicitous dealings of IOC that made Saudi Arabia, Iran , Qatar and Venezuela nationalize their energy industry, they where feed up of being dictated to by private businesses. Dangote refinery must be treated as a critical national energy infrastructure just like Huawei in china or ASMLC in Taiwan.

My proposal is thus:-
(1) Health courses in federal and state universities should be subsidies by the government, but this subsidy package must be made optional.
(2) Agreement should be reached with all prospective students that choose the subsidy package, that upon graduation they're obligated to work in Nigeria for 15yrs before they can relocate abroad. Their medical licence will be held by the council for the entirety of the 15yrs period. This agreement must be part of the letter of admission. Any medical staff that choose to leave before the appointed time must pay back to the government the corresponding subsidy for his education with interest.
(3) If, during the course of his education he decides to abandon the program and relocate, nothing shall apply in this instance.
(4) This will only apply to student under government subsidy.

So my friend, till the oil finishes, all aspect of industrialization will be powered by hydro carbon. The only comparable alternative is nuclear power.

It's in the interest of this country for his refinery to work, it's even in the interest of the entire west Africa for that project to succeed. Cheap energy is the corner stone of Industrialization and one of the major demand for dollar is for the purchase of energy in the international market. Just imagine the ripple effect it will cause if 60 - 80% of our energy demand is supplied by this refinery and all transactions conducted in naira, imagine that! Again, imagine if our west African brothers decides to source supply of energy from this refinery and the transaction is done in naira too.
This is probably the reason the IOC are sabotaging this project, they want to turn it into another failed project like the steel company in kogi built by the soviet.
This project needs to succeed for the sake of the black man, dangote has taken a huge risk on this project, it's time for the government to take another risk by going against the IOC to ensure the success of this refinery.
