So I am writing on this thread because Daaz001 hasn't been straightforward with the shipment and Arrival of certain items I ordered through him. These items were ordered since January and we are in March and i am not sure when these items will get to me. About a week ago, I chatted him about the items and he referred me to Omcipet. Omcipet simply said the items haven't arrived. I again chatted Daaz he said the items will be available for pickup yesterday Friday. I again chatted Omcipet and he said he doesn't have the items. Now I am left with no option than to write here. I had to refund a client who I told to come for one of the items this morning. I ran out of excuse on why the laptop is not yet available. Daaz should pls update this thread so i will know when to get my items . 7 Likes |

Uchesmiith:This is really unfortunate! First one need to thank God for the picker is still alive and whole. As for the issue of refund, since there is no rule stating you are going to forfeit part of your money when something like this happens, then it boils down to what you are willing to give to help salvage the loss based on your conscience. In this case, this is what I think. You willingly (not forced) give picker part of the money he lost based on say you get conscience and na you send am go meet the robber. |
