God help u if yo have jedi jedi (pile/heamorrhage) and u try to force something through. heaven go receive visitor that day o. sorry to be graphic, but y'all is even nastier! |

TV/Movies / Re: Your Favorite Nigerian TV Programmes From The Past? by soulpatrol(f): 9:08pm On Sep 19, 2007 |
i remember a program called Magana Jarice. was it the one that has a book of a parrot on the cover? chei, living in the north was sweet, wasn't it? u remember this other popular one "Samanja" the police/soldier with the funny mustache and remember that popular hausa singer, "Dan Maraya from Jos or something. he used to play this small instrument. good music. remember during sallah when people are calling TV stations to make requests to their family and friends? they'll be like "ina geishe muhammad sadiq danladi, ina geishe safiya musa dangote" etc meaning i'm sending a shout out/i'm greeting so and so. |

Family / Re: How To Make A Marriage Spicy? by soulpatrol(f): 7:16pm On Sep 17, 2007 |
@osisi. no vex o, but i was talking more on the woman's side. u know say na us dey always bear the brunt of wahala. a man can be the same 24/7 nobody go talk, but it is always expected of the woman to do something, otherwise the man starts to look outside. i didn't mean to be offending o my sista. if u want to be submissive like a he-goat , na u sabi. whatever floats ur boat, we are all different and we know what works for us. |
Family / Re: How To Make A Marriage Spicy? by soulpatrol(f): 12:21pm On Sep 17, 2007 |
@osisi. may ur marriage never be boring o. i'm sure u will be happy with doing missionary style 24/7, nothing kinky or creative. and ur wife will always have a smile on her face and bow to ur every need. and she shall always address u as "my lord" or "my king" and she shall always look and smell good 24/7. that is ur ideal marriage ehn? God help u. |

Travel / Re: Nigerians In The UK Are So Stingy by soulpatrol(f): 9:52pm On Sep 16, 2007 |
look at these 2 wannabe lovebirds Elgaxton and Omoge, they are already talking about accounts and money and them never even meet o! chei, this naija love dey always build foundation on the size of one's pocket. Elgaxton, didn't u already offer to put money on Omoge's phone? And Omoge, didn't u mention the fact that u don't have an account? abi i lie? guilty or not guilty? i find u both guilty of professing love on financial grounds. whatever that meant. so case dismissed. oga for this love nwantin tin. money and love now go together ehn? Siena, don't put ur hand in this matter o, otherwise u'll be tagged as an accomplice. the Soulpatrol is watching u. |
Family / Re: Would You Marry A Girl Who Earns Twice Your Salary? by soulpatrol(f): 5:48pm On Sep 16, 2007 |
na wa o. some men are just evil! it is ok for u to work hard towards ur career goals and make a lot of money, wheareas for a woman, it is frowned upon? sheesh, u would rather she even stays home and babysits the kids, cooks and cleans the house ehn? like the olden days. i hate seeing women that have so much potential being held down because the minute they put their intelligence to use and start making more dough, that's when some menfolk become threatened. shakes head this rubbish is almost comparable to slavery u know. black people are rising against their adversities, hence white people are scared and doing everything they can to put them back down i.e racism in every form. whoever makes the most money in the household, at the end of the day, the money is going to be spent on their upkeep isn't it? scrap all this head of the house BS. if a man is doing what he needs to be doing, irrespective of what he earns, there will be no reason to disrespect or whatever. as long as he's not lazy. i tire o. |

Heaven forbid, but if you were caught up in an unfortunate situation where your house was burning, and everyone was able to get out, but you just had enough time to save 3 important things, what would they be? Mine would be: 1. My laptop. that's my second best friend o. 2. My cellphone. all my contacts are in there. 3. My passport. thank God i know where it is at all times. What would yours be? |
