gr8t trend I guess but I hope a structural design was done for this structure..my reasons for asking is that I can't really put much faith in a fence done with a r10 steel,not to mention the spacing on the transverse and longitudinal bars in the slab.I take it the client wants it that way since he is on a tight budget and wants to own a house much more than safety concerns ...but what's the point if the home is not solid and a few years there will be ammending and reconstructing of what should have been put in placed now....i didn't read the trend much though since I got pissed off by some practices since the full procedures were not being updated...you should see trend like spyda's so you know how it's being done...but nice job though,keep it up |

if these methods works out the way you just calmly described and listed them no one will ever spend a dime on omonile ,trust me...these guys are worse than thugs in fact i once handled a site where the owner's brother who is with me was proving stubborn that he won't pay a penny but believe me when the d-day came before the guy's brain could comprehend he has already taken almost 8bricks on his head and he vanished like a lightening bolt,for 3weeks he didn't even as much set a foot in aguda again,even when I called and assured him that his brother has settled everything the guy still stay clear....so bros just give to ceaser what's his o,to avoid stories that touches the brain... |
