somadila: Note : The statement u need to upload will capture the transaction u had with them.
secondly, the problem you are having is that you have no problem, scan the africard front and back making sure all the card details are clearly captured cos the uncustomised card has ur name inside and is always captured anytime u make a transaction anywhere. Goodluck
