Feza starts by asking Bolt if he feels Melvin is mature. Bolt cosigns emphatically. She then goes on to ask him if he feels Melvin is better off in the Diamonds or in the Rubies. Bolt says he feels Mel is better off where he is.
He also goes on to talk about how caring Melvin is, how the girls like him, etc.

I have a strong feeling Feza still has serious doubts about her relationship with O'Neal, and hopes to bring Melvin over to the Ruby house (remember she's the new HoH, so that question she asked Bolt about which house Melvin would prefer, surely wasn't an idle one).
