....
Dude, I'm the last person you'd want to lecture on that.
YES, they rigged votes.
Munya kept winning in Namibia, even when he was up against Meryl.
Uti beat Tatiana in Angola.
The Namibian vote went wherever the Zimbabweans wanted it to. In fact, it was so bad, Meryl even lost the Namibian vote to Kaone when she was up against Uti, Kaone and Mwisho.
This trend even carried on in BBAmplified, with Karen beating Weza in Angola and Wendall and Vimbai winning the Namibian and Tanzanian votes respectively whenever they were up.
Biko, let's not even go there.

My oga spade....safarigirl is kinda right........iremember iread somewhere. Or it was even IK dat said it himself buh am nt sure. Shez right
The votes Uti won were the votes he had always won when he was up.
If it affected Munya's popularity, Munya wouldn't have won in Tanzania (Mwisho's country) even though Mwisho was a finalist.
It was all about rigging and outrigging your opponent.

i know say if you no reply, snow go fall for naija. Notice I never said Munya's actions led to his loss, the entire point of that post was to prove that nothing is final until voting closes and the actions and inactions of the HMs COULD affect chances. This isn't about your little statistics, my point was that even a few converts could change voting. But you missed that point cuz you ALWAYS feel the need to correct minor points that do not affect the major point. So how does your post change the MAJOR point?
What point did I miss exactly?

You just gave the impression that "Munya was already leading Uti in the votes all through that week, until that incident" even though you were not privy to the results prior to the final announcement.
And I can tell you, when that incident happened, none of Munya's fans gave a fhuck, as they were already set to crown him.

You simply shouldn't have made the BBAllStars reference because it ruined the post. You should have just left it at Talia, because BBAllStars is a textbook example of Diehard Fanaticism.

safarigirl:
I read from someone yesterday that the outcome of the votes cannot be changed between yesterday and Sunday morning even if the whole urine saga caused voters to veer away from Idris.

I understand that said person has zero idea of the dynamics of this game, hence she makes a lot of misinformed comments. Let me correct her

My dear, in BB AllStars, I'll have you know that as at 12am Saturday, Munya was leading in more countries than Uti and was set to be crowned winner. It took 24hrs, JUST 24hrs for Uti to overtake Munya and win. Talia was set to win in Stargame, she was leading in most countries, but she had to knack Keagan less than 3 days to the finale and that's how she lost all her votes.

So my dear, you can imagine what 36 hours at least can do. Even 12 hours is enough to change the outcome of things in this game, so don't make that careless comment of "what can it change?". As far as BBA is concerned nothing is certain until the final results are tallied
Safarigirl, I was an active member and strategist during the BBAllStars struggle, and I can confidently tell you the bolded is a FAT lie. So far, all your notes about BBAllStars have been incorrect. Maybe it's time to stop.
Please, I am begging you - STOP.

Munya lost because WE OUTVOTED HIS GOONS. Period! It had NOTHING to do with his altercation, because it had been long established that he was an arrogant bigot, and his fans loved him regardless.

I'll have you know that Uti once beat Munya the week they were up with Code. Uti got 8 votes, Munya got 6 and Code got 1.
The battle between Uti and Munya was always tight, and each one overtook the other from time to time. The week before the finale, Munya also beat Uti by winning in Botswana even though Kaone was also up. No dey talk wetin you no sabi.
Munya had his fight with Mwisho on Saturday EVENING. It did not affect his popularity.
Did you know, in the finals, Munya won in TANZANIA ahead of Mwisho? How else did you think he got that if not rigging? You think it had to do with popularity or viewer perception?

WE beat him fair and square by outrigging his goons. Period!

Oga spade I hail o...6pm today to 6pm 2moro na 24hrs, 6pm tomorrow to 6pm sunday na another 24hrs...Nna who u dash d remaining 12hours?? cheesy grin
Voting lines close at 6AM on Sunday, so let's go again.

6PM today to 12AM (midnight) is 6 hours.
12AM to 12AM Sunday is 24 hours.
12AM Sunday to 6AM Sunday is 6 hours.

6 + 24 + 6 = 36 hours

The time was 5:44PM, so 44 minutes when subtracted from 60, leaves us with 16 minutes.

Therefore, we had 36 hours and 16 minutes left.

PS: Now we have 35 hours and 19 minutes left!

Guys, I read the drink was secretly taken away by Biggie; because Tayo was searching for it all day, and couldn't find it.

I fill my thoughts with very violent and sickening things - like an 8 month old amputee baby getting tortured with a soldering iron right in the eye.
Trust me, it works! cool

Hey... You guys have been talking so much since yesterday, I wonder if you're all voting as much.
Please, make we leave the issue and vote hard for Tayo.
If such a thing happened, they'd be served justice by Biggie himself, just like Nando was.

Vote Tayo!

I mean, a guy stirring a "Pisss Mix" from four different people with his hand? And not just any type of pisss, ADULT pisss?
Naaah, I seriously doubt it.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by spade: 9:08am On Dec 05, 2014
Are you sure that's not a picture of them helping Butterphly with glue? Cuz I doubt they'd be stirring their own pisss like that.
Better confirm for sure.

Anyway, I hope you're all voting sha!

I already know about ROA.
The main question I asked was about voting with other countries' shortcodes while in Nigeria.

Spade, Could U Clarify.. I Don't Understand What U R Trying 2 Say? Is That She Lives In Mozambique Or What?
If you stay in Nigeria and you SMS to the Moz shortcode using your Airtel line.

Yes I did. That's why I think it's only airtel that ROA works for, I didn't get the SMS when I used mtn

TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by spade: 8:25pm On Dec 04, 2014
To the Airtel users...

Has any of you actually tried sending your "Vote Tayo" SMS to the shortcode of another country (like 99026 for Mozambique) using your Airtel line?
Did you get a confirmation SMS?

I think the insults on Arthur started when he asked his fans to vote for Idris so the money will remain in EA .Nigerians then got angry and accused him of supporting regional voting. If he had said , vote idris and with some other reasons no one wud insult him.
Well ,im not supporting those hurling insults at him but I think as a public figure one should choose one's words before selling them to the public.

Now imagine him saying Nigerians look down on other countries just because of the tweet fights.thats what is called HASTY GENERALIZATION. U cant insult a whole country because u had an encounter with one or two "bad" persons...its wrong.
There is a reason East Africa chose a former Ugandan-based bus conductor (Frankie) over the "superstar" comedian's dry black asss.
Nigerians JUST shouldn't have indulged him.

I'll let it go.
But if Rwanda ends up voting Idris, just know TeamTayo caused it.
They should have ignored Arthur completely. Now, they've given him more recognition than he deserves, and ignited his passion to campaign harder and shame his haters on the final day.
Nice going, guys.

The same is been done to Esther (small pepper) for supporting Tayo. Its not just Nigerians.
Yeah, I saw it.
And Esther would do well to give them the middle finger because no East African country voted her to begin with, so she owes them fuckall.

It wasnt the fact that he supported Idris. It was because he Regionalised it. Luis from Namibia has been supporting Idris yet no one attacked him. Arthur came with a heart bitter and with an agenda. When Nigerians tackled him, he called them waste things(trash) . That is what brought the current onslaught on him.
But we have to understand it is his choice and his Twitter handle, and he has a right to use it as he deems fit.
Nigerians had no right, whatsoever, to jump in on his mentions and insult him at first, regardless of his agenda.

Two years ago, Uti called on all Nigerians to vote Keagan, not because of his personality, but because "SA don host this thing for 7 years now and no victory. Haba nau!"
Nobody chided him over it, yet they're actually the same thing - Ignoring the personalities of the housemates and voting based on country sentiments, just like Arthur is calling on East Africans to vote Idris based on regional sentiments.

Nigerians had no right to come at him like that, and that's the truth.
