I hope she still has the email account used for the application. And IMPORTANTLY ask if she received any emails from the embassy in December 2025 to reconfirm her interest.

The lady apply for study visa and the child dependent/ family reunion visa . She had block account over 20k euros . Since last year application pending is it okay if she use a lawyer since embassy said no response yet from German office ?

She applied together with the child, her visa was approved while they inform her child application pending .her visa was approved April 5.
