I am suspect that the governor is a toothless bulldog. The herdsmen orchestrating these attacks are residents of Benue State and they have places where they live. All the governor needs is to carry out secret raids on Fulani communities. I am sure they will find countless assault rifles and other weapons. It's just insane how some people have not been able to recover from an election loss and are looking for any means to topple the government so that their own preferred Ibo candidate can be installed.
