Popular Nigerian music artiste, Naira Marley also known as Marlian's President in a recent video was filmed smoking weed and puffing out smoke.

This is coming after he pleaded guilty in a Mobile Court in Abuja on Friday.

Recall that KINGSPARO TV reported that Naira Marley was charged to court for:

Violation of interstate travel ban
Non-use of face mask
Breaking of social distancing order
Attending a concert despite COVID-19 restriction order.

He violated the Federal Government Lockdown directives by attending a concert that was held at the Jabi Lake Mall on June 13.

Naira Marley pleaded guilty before the Magistrate (Idayat Akanni) and was fined N200,000.

The court mandated Naira Marley to publish a public apology to the federal government in a national daily.

In the video monitored by Kingsparo TV on instagram where he was filmed smoking weed, Naira Marley Captioned it "Smoking Kills".

Timaya is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He is the founder of DM Records Limited or you can call it Dem Mama Records.

I guess the record name, Dem Mama Records was originated from when his solo career began in 2005 with the release of "Dem Mama", which also appeared on his debut album.

I have never talked about divorce with her but to my greatest surprise she asked me if I'm planning of divorcing her, i became so sacred that i couldn't speak. I mean how did she know i was thinking about that, does it means she can see through me. I don't know what to do anymore for i am so confused and i need help."

However, his manager; John Peace, has confirmed exclusively that the “Pana” singer has now left Triple MG to create his own label which he calls CARTEL Records.

Tekno for sometime now has been promoting the word “CARTEL” on his Instagram page but without any in-depth detail regarding the word. But just today, a post he put on his Instagram page 3 days ago has now gotten significant attention after reports of the formation of his record label kicked in.

Tekno posted a picture on IG that carries a bold inscription of the word “Cartel” and since the post, significant personalities in the music industry have stormed the page to say congratulations to him on the new move.

Tekno now joins Reekado Banks and Ycee on the list of artistes that have recently left their record labels.

A big announcement has just been made which will surely excite entertainment fans. The organisers of reality TV show, BB Naija, have just announced that the 4th edition of the show will be holding soon.

The organisers have however announced significant differences in this year’s edition. It has been announced that this year’s edition will not be taking place in it’s widely known region of South Africa but instead, will be holding in Nigeria and that the duration of the show will be for 90 days, negating the former which was 72 days.

They also announced that auditions will be commencing on the 1st and 2nd of February, 2018 in Nigeria. The auditions will be taking place in the cities of Lagos, Abuja, Porthacourt, Calabar, Warri, Ibadan, Benin & Enugu.

A new sponsorship deal has also been announced for the show. This 4th edition will be sponsored by giant betting company; Bet9ja after former sponsor, Payporte, pulled out.

The 2019 Presidential Election Campaign Team of wife of the president, Hajiya Aisha Buhari, has accused PDP presidential candidate and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, and Senate President Bukola Saraki of inciting Nigerians.

The director, Media and Strategic Communication Committee of the Women and Youth Presidential Campaign Team, Hon. Abdulmumini Jibrin, at the inaugural media conference of the committee, also unveiled the ‘Operation Lashe Akwatuna’, meaning ‘Operation Sweep the Units’, as a voter mobilisation and awareness project of the directorate.

He condemned what he described as the campaign of misinformation launched against President Buhari and candidate of the APC by prominent members of the opposition parties, especially PDP.

According to him, Saraki who doubled as the Director General of the PDP campaign, had in an “uninspiring interview” attempted to cast aspersion on the ‘president’s government’ forgetting he was indeed part of the government.

“The biggest threat to the stability of this country is the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and the Director-General of Atiku Campaign, Bukola Saraki, who are taking Nigerians for granted by mooting the idea to incite the North not to support power transfer to the southern part of the country after President Muhammadu Buhari completes his second term in a clear attempt to shortchange the southern part of Nigeria,” Rep. Jibrin said.

“No wonder, the PDP presidential candidate has refused to commit to returning power to the southern part of the country after 2023. This is even after concerted pressure by many of their stakeholders. This is already heating up our polity with combined negative consequences on our economy, security and general development.

“So, if we are talking about the politicians who are threatening the foundation of the peace and security of our country, the cap fits Saraki and Atiku,” he said.

Rep. Jibrin commended Mrs. Aisha Buhari for the revolution she brought into the political arena by recognizing the role of women and youth in political campaigns and also factoring them into the presidential campaign.

He said ‘Operation Lashe Akwatuna’ would cover all segments of voters in a unit which comprised of supporters, undecided voters and opposition voters, and also carry its campaign to the doorsteps of these three segments in polling units across the country on the same day and at the same time.

He said the committee would run a competition calling for Nigerians from various works of life to submit art pieces in various formats, graphic designs, videos, drawings and paintings depicting an achievement of the President Buhari administration that had impacted their lives positively using the hashtag #APCWAYCONTEST.
