Nah, I think both are great games

PES has better graphics than FIFA,
FIFA has a better GUI than FIFA,
PES has better AI than FIFA,
FIFA's got all the licenses,
PES has a tactical gameplay which makes it quite realistic,
Whereas FIFA has a fun system, heck I can't wait to play the journey

I personally love pes 2009 and 2013 till date, but I was curious in 2013 so I got FIFA 14 from computer village after negotiating the price from 400 to 300 because it was two DVDs, I won't lie, I was pretty excited. So I rushed home, copied it, and then extracted it and I opened it... Followed the processes and all and I finally got to the menu screen, I selected kick off and it was exciting, that wasn't even the best part, the best part was when I got into career mode,what I love most about it the ability for one to scout teenagers from all over the world, who knows, you might find the next big talent and sometimes I did, but then it started becoming too repetitive. If you retire as a player you had the option to either fully retire or continue your career as a manager ( the kind of club you manage depends on the kind of player you were. But then, FIFA was just too difficult and almost unrealistic but I did love the shaky camera when attacking in player 3rd persons view. I then got pes 15 and it was great so I immediately deleted pes 14... But then it got too predictable, although the gameplay and tactics were awesome but it didn't match pes 16's I tried getting FIFA 15 but I got put off when I found out it was just a revamp of FIFA 14 until FIFA 16 came with women's football and really wanted it, so I downloaded it to a fault.. There was no crack.. Sad story, it had it's good sides though.

I Love C, C++ takes years to master, the learning curve is very Steep. Currently, I use VB.NET, VB6, AND some native RAD such as B4a, Xamarin among Others.

I haven't really messed with the settings yet but everything's at low... My GPU is the bottle neck but that same GPU runs GTA v on medium - high settings andit runs at about 20-25 fps... I feel no man's sky was badly ported to windows.. I get occasional lags like when I access my galaxy map it lags before getting in and some others I can't remember..

Yeah, went through the reviews and they were really going for the developers especially the lead guy.
He is accused of making claims about the game that don't exist.
keeping my opinion till i play it though, he might have goofed by making outlandish claims and thereby rasing the gaming community's expectation but it ain't easy to design a game, moreso one of this scope and magnitude.
Good luck upgrading, its a tough circle of inventories.
What Specs does your PC have?

Quad core CPU, 8gigs of ram, and an nvidia gt610 but I had to update my graphics driver and emulate sse4.1 instructions for my CPU before I could play it
