Hello my guys,
Please I need information about Jakande Estate Flats in Lagos State.

I have a problem, I rented a flat in mile 2 Jankande Estate, and i paid for one year, 7-months into my period of rent, my land lord said he wants to sell the flat, we showed interest, but someone told me that the Lagos state government is planing to take over these flats and renovate it and sell it again, plz is it true, i need to know before i commit myself. Thanks, any information can be useful.

Hello guys, I hope i have learned colleagues in the house. Please oh, i was discussing with someone,and we sited an example of of an African organisation with headquarters here in Nigeria, and the chairman of that organisation is also Nigerian. But findings suggest that this chairman goes about soliciting for funds For projects from different state governors and Nigeria bodies, only to receive such donations and divert it to his personal account. Funds worth hundreds of millions.

My question is, does the EFCC have right to probe and arrest such a fellow when provided with tangible proofs. Thank you guys.
