ajaofunke: My dear pls before u go for any herb, make sure you try this few tips.
See i have been seriously overweight u can imagine after a baby , and familyplanning scheme, a job that demands just sitting at the computer all day, i just kept adding up until i started having ankle aches, heavy chest and all that.
I stupidly spent a lot of money trying to loose but if i loose a kg , after sometime i gain 2kg instead. I met a woman that at over 50 she weighs just 50+, so young looking, i asked her the secret, she sold me a book.
Dont worry i'll summarise it for you because its really worked for me in just 1month i have lost all the excess luggage, am trim now and my hubby likes it better. It didnt cost me a dime all i needed and still need is determination.
Try this: 1. Try walking at least 50 minutes a day, Briskwalking. Dont be lazy, dont wait till yr doctor will start prescribing heart medications for you like myself 2. Try to forgo or eliminate fats & oils e.g Meat, Fish, butter , peanutbutter, horlicks u may not be able to close yr eyes to them, just try 3. Try to eliminate sugars e.g minerals, diet drinks, even honey acclaimed to be very good dear its conversion is into sugar, very bad for the heart 4. Now eat more of vegetables any kind, its very good for your body and aids digestion, full of all vitamins 5. Now eat more fruits, u can do ojukokoro for 4 & 5 . They are really good , i mean chewing orange inside out except the cover forget juice for now. 6. Now eat more carbohydrate, old school of thoughts said its bad for the body, dear its the fuel for the body. 7.Try eating more fibre surplus in wholegrains e.g wheatbran, millet, corn, guineacorn. 8. U need to forgo excess protein e.g milk, egg, take more of soya products, u are no longer a baby. Dont think am too hard on u, spending money on dietmedications arent the best option, y tend to gain more weight in the long run Make sure u dont skip meals especially breakfast, dont eat in between meals if u must eat fruits . U may take my advice or discard it but being overweight makes you prone to heart diseases, diabetes. and others that may even make your doctor to compel you to a diet then it may be too late. Get the fine body structure you desire, you would even notice a more even skintone and fresher body, because eating right affords you better health, even Americans are now discovering, thats from the book i read.
U may get more advice if u can mail me on koyfun@yahoo.com D name of the book? |

idornor: You acted a bit late, you need to see a specialist, however, you can try using Nizoral cream n tablets. On a general note, whenever you observed rashes days after a hair cut, use this simple trick by applying electrolyte(battery water) on the surface, though is pepperish, but really works. Which be battery water na abeg |

kemiola89: The same old story!
She was never your responsibility...or was she betrothed to you? Did you both sign a contract that says she'd become your wife after helping her through school? You did all that out of good will and your reward is with God.
Everything happens for a reason, so do not see it as a lost, learn from your mistake and move on. Someone better is out there for you.
In life nothing is certain... Not all relationship ends in marriage! Well, I disagree with you. Every contract must be signed. Some stuffs are done by demeanour and conduct. I wouldn't say such is the case here though given that I am not apprised of all the facts. Again, the saying that everything happens for a reason is lame. It's time we took responsibility for our actions and inaction. We must desist from leaving things to the unkwown and hoping its for a reason. |

I can only train a woman in school as an act of munificence just like I would any other human being if I had the facility, and not with the intention of sleeping with or marrying her. If it happens later naturally, fine. But training her for that purpose solely is foolhardiness and a great act of unwisdom. |

But for the alacrity with which this clanger is commited particularly now that projects are being submitted by final year students, I would have refrained from commenting on this. Again, this comes at the risk of being thought cocky. The word BIND takes BOUND in its past and participle forms. This makes sentences below aberrant. - I have binded my project * -I have bounded project.* - I binded it yeaterday* SO WE SAY: I have bound my project. I bound it yesterday. Thanks. |

Chidoks: note:i am not a girl.i am a matured woman.check my age please. i am not a student.graduated years ago.i am not a laywer either.i was lending a helping hand to a person in need .apparently you have an appriciable knoweldge of family law but you should not down play my honest layman's advice.you should have added to what i said or said yours however you deem right. back to topic, amaka just make sure you get proper guidiance from an expert.of course you csn contract a legally binding marriage in church if you take the right steps.cheers Oh my bad. So sorry o ma, never in the least meant to slight u. Was only being humorous. At any rate, dont be agree. Sound vivacious to me. The fact that you have no legal background yet possess more than a smattering of that is commendable. Floreat. |
Family › Re: She Wants Court Marriage, He Wants Traditional Marriage, She Say He Does Not.... by SpeedyConnect(m): 6:56pm On Jul 10, 2015 |
Azubreezy: What is court marriage and what is church marriage? The fact that you celebrated your marriage in court doesn't make your marriage more serious than the one celebrated in church. After all it is the same documents you execute in church that you also sign in court which will be filed in the marriage registry at the local government. Your marriage is either traditional or marriage under the Act. Church and court are just venues for celebration of marriages. They are both one and the same thing as long as you are issued a certificate after everything. I wonder why Nigerian girls think celebrating marriage in court makes them 'more married'. Please refer to the Marriage Act and the Matrimonial Causes Act for avoidance of doubt. Be guided properly. Cool. |
Family › Re: She Wants Court Marriage, He Wants Traditional Marriage, She Say He Does Not.... by SpeedyConnect(m): 6:55pm On Jul 10, 2015 |
Chidoks: wait o.if the church wedding is properly done then amaka has nothing to fear.not just blessing of marriage o.in family law, there are conditions for a marriage to be legally acceptable 1:the marriage should be registered at the registry.21 working days notice would then be posted infront of the registry office for anyone that wishes to oppose the narriage to come forth. 2:the wedding must take place in a recognised place of worship.that i a church that is duly registered. 3:the marriage must take place between certain hours.i think 10:00am to 4:00pm.(not very sure but something likevthat.. 4:the wedding myst be conducted by a recognised minister. note:after the wedding you get a certificate(usually3)the church has one,the couple has one and the registry has one so amaka ask questions if you contract your wedding the aforementioned way it is valid abd legal amaka bear in mind that conducting a marriage under the act(court marriage) does not show love.yes it is a sign of commitement but not love.infact with that divorce is almost a sure thing because even when the elders of thr family intervene in disputes a dissatisfied party msy run to the court and get what they want See this girl o. Are you a law student? But you only succeeded in stating only the formal requirements -- which cannot invalidate the marriage if one of them claims not to be aware of them-- and left the essential requirements such as age, prohibited degree of consanguinity, single status etc. It's should be noted that there is no differrence between church marriage and court marriage, that's strictly speaking. What we have are just two forms of marriage. Customary and statutory( which encompasses court, church etc, remember court or church is just like the venue and different rules apply depending on the 'venue' chosen.). Regarding church, the most important thing is that the marriage at chuch should comply with legal provisions lest it become a mere church blessing and of no legal effect. Dont have time now, would have written at length about this. |
