Pls doc, im a lady of 31yrs old, not yet married. I recently went for a scan and dis wat d test said ' noted in d myometrium are multiple circumscribed hypo-echoic mass. Features r those of intrmural fibromyoma, d largest one at d posterior segment measuring 45mm x 43mm, anterior segment measuring 24mm x 25mm in their largest diameters respectively. And also pelvic inflamatory disease was found.' could u pls explain better to me and any thing i can use to eliminate d fibroid and PID. Thanks. Pls help its urgent
