I just did my biometrics now for my evisa....and I was told they'll notify me when to get my passport. Pls, anyone with an idea of when it Will take. I did my bio 8:10 am this morning. And I have to travel back.

You could get it same day. If not then they will send it over to you if you paid for courier service

Y'all still waiting for a decision from UKVI and it's well over 15 working days since you submitted your biometrics, flood them will paid calls/emails. Even though they've said 'do not contact UKVI' -- contact them as they've breached the initial terms...

Calling them does not guarantee quicker decision.

Family friend is not acceptable for study visa POF

Hi! So this is my situation. My wife got her VISA to the UK for September intake. I’d like to apply as her dependant. We got married in 2023. But I have barely lived in Nigeria since 2023. Just a couple of months each year. So I’d like to know if it’s a problem? When asked if we’ve lived together since the last two years what should be the answer? She lives in the apartment I rented and we live together every time I come. Is there going to be an issue? I should also note that. My travel history is quite extensive. I travel for months at a time to different countries.

If her visa permits dependant, you should be able to apply successfully to join her.
All you need is documents and pictures to back up the marriage.

If he received a successful visa decision from UKVI, he should read the mail from top to bottom and see what next to do.

I received a vignette in my passport (although I submitted my application before the 15th of July but received a decision on the 21st). I was asked to link the vignette to my evisa, which I have done.

So go through the email thoroughly from ukvi to see next steps or how to check the evisa( if available).
