Just finished my test... Who knows how we can see our results?

Please I sent my WAEC certificate to University of Dundee for prove of English and it was refused on the basis that it will be exceeding ten years by next year which is when I will be commencing my studies.. I also sent my degree certificate but it was refused too because it has stayed more than two years since my graduation..
My question now is whether I can send an attestation letter from my school certifying that my studies was taught entirely in English.. Will the school accept it?

Please Is it compulsory that I must have certificate of TB test before I can go for Visa interview... Someone is telling me that TB test is not compulsory.. How true is it plsssss?
