I got an NSF email concerning my wife’s visa… who knows what it implies?

I applied for my wife’s visa and they requested for a Police Character certificate which I have submitted yesterday and they have received it, I’m now wondering how long it will take for a decision to be made?

PH centre...
I did biometric since 17th April.
No mail from them yet

I didn’t know one can do standard service in PH centre and my wife had to travel to Lagos for it.

what does BVN have to with police certificate? For all things travel and international going forward she needs to use the name on her travel document- that is international passport.

The BVN is needed for the police character certificate.
While filling the form, you will need to input your NIN or BVN to verify your name and currently now the NIN is not available on the site.

Hello guys,
UKVI is asking for my wife’s police character certificate.. my wife’s BVN bears her maiden’s name while her passport bears my surname and now that we need to do police check, should she update her BVN to reflect my surname or should she proceed with the one that bears her maiden name?
