I have a similar issue on my bumper but this time around it is a dent on the rear left. Kindly assess and tell me the cost of the work to fix it and make it look as though it was as before - exactly same colour, oven baked and neat.
I will like to know how long it will take and when to bring it to your workshop during the week to avoid delays.

They have applied my money into my account 2 past monday almost 2weeks back and gave me a discount of $100 gift added to my account.
I submit my apology for the harsh comment.
Is really a business we can trust. The car I bought yesterday has been giving speedy shipment processes, with bill of landing uploaded to my profile. The have good financing programme as well.

I'm happy for you for the $100 bribe gift and i hope you don't end up coughing out more when you will ask for a return of your account balance money. I can understand that you are a JJC and you're yet to join the team of unhappy clients. What you have now is not a Bill of Lading (BoL) but a Dock Receipt that will still be amended severally with different names of ships/carrier vessels before you get your delivery - a lesson i learnt from AuctionExport.
I'm just here to let people know what they're getting into because Nairaland land seem to be making money from adverts from AuctionExport and less concerned about the plight of users of their site that are having a bitter experience with them. Kindly talk to some Nairaland approved clearing agents and let them give you contact number of people who have had dealings with AuctionExport in the past.
They will never apologise nor come out to tell you what they are doing to improve their service - an appalling customer service from a Canadian based company .

Be careful dealing with these people as i have a very bad experience dealing with them. It is better to go to Cotonou or elsewhere than to get it thru Auction Export. It's 85days today that i ordered a car through their platform and up till now it's one story or the other.
They haven't gotten their acts together and they are not fit for international business. Please avoid them if you don't want stories that touch.
I thought it was only me until i had a chat with Adexfem who told me similar stories about the pains suffered by few of his clients.
I could have walked away from your post without commenting but my conscience would not allow me. Hence, a word is enough for the wise.
