spyder880: We are going to fence a plot of land by next week, I will host the fencing project on this thread. The costs and processes will be broken down here for all to see. spyder880: @ kopell, I will come back to attend to this, man has to sleep small.Oga Spyder, we patiently await your response on these issues as you promised. I know you're very active on the other threads but you need to close up on this one too o! Many thanks for the good work. |
sylve11: Ok, let's see how it goes.Whilst you are seeing out it goes...... some lawyers are feeding fat on the State Government's resources and seeing money go into their bank accounts. We are the end losers because Ade Ipaye and his "learned colleagues" are smiling to the bank on this case that's been dragging for over a decade. ![]() |
qualityovenbake: It will cost you N10000. We are going to use fibre & chemical to repair/fix your bumper, then we will also bake it.I have a similar issue on my bumper but this time around it is a dent on the rear left. Kindly assess and tell me the cost of the work to fix it and make it look as though it was as before - exactly same colour, oven baked and neat. I will like to know how long it will take and when to bring it to your workshop during the week to avoid delays.

talabiabbey: As regards my formal complaint, I want to say Auction export is reliable company with international reputation.I'm happy for you for the $100 I'm just here to let people know what they're getting into because Nairaland land seem to be making money from adverts from AuctionExport and less concerned about the plight of users of their site that are having a bitter experience with them. Kindly talk to some Nairaland approved clearing agents and let them give you contact number of people who have had dealings with AuctionExport in the past. They will never apologise nor come out to tell you what they are doing to improve their service - an appalling customer service from a Canadian based company .See the cut of my profile page on AuctionExport below and notice that i purchased a car on 4th of March, 2013 and uptil the time i am posting this comment (2nd June, 2013) i have neither gotten the car nor the original BOL and title documents. I wish you the best of luck.

slymm: Jonathan indeed looks like a clown...the thing is he acts like one in real life.Very true. Lord have mercy! Whoever head-hunted this guy for Presidency did a great job in finding a square peg for a round hole. |
Bids closing soon |
talabiabbey: Same story, the money is in your bank as at monday the 13th, today is the 10th business day the money is wired out of nigeria and you said in your dealing that it will take 3 to 5 business daysBe careful dealing with these people as i have a very bad experience dealing with them. It is better to go to Cotonou or elsewhere than to get it thru Auction Export. It's 85days today that i ordered a car through their platform and up till now it's one story or the other. They haven't gotten their acts together and they are not fit for international business. Please avoid them if you don't want stories that touch. I thought it was only me until i had a chat with Adexfem who told me similar stories about the pains suffered by few of his clients. I could have walked away from your post without commenting but my conscience would not allow me. Hence, a word is enough for the wise. |

ewet: tht is neva possible.Do you think we are in a banana rep.in case you have bin living under a rock.We are in a democracy where due process and respect for law is the order of the day.@ewet, i'm sure you're not based here in Lagos and not aware of what's going on; or probably you've not gotten involved in property transactions here in Lagos. We do surely live in a "Banana Republic" when it comes to property issues in Lagos. In a sane society, government ought to publish No-Go-Areas when it comes to land acquisition - but here in Lagos, can you show me a master plan or any related publication? Before you start saying someone didn't go to school as you have, please buy a land in Lekki and add cost of foreseen litigation to the price of the land as contingent liability and put it away in one bank on 10years fixed deposit and come and tell us you've done something very intelligent. Won't you rather want to see some transparency in the real estate industry whereby, even Nigerians resident abroad don't have to suffer pain of loss on their investment in real estate. Do i have to hire a "Lawyer" to conduct a property search for me at a fee when i as a Chartered Accountant and an equally lettered Nigerian should have easy privy to the same information as anyone else. As a matter of fact, the people have been bold in opening up new areas before the government start coming up with one useless masterplan. A real masterplan should lead development where the government is a visionary one and not come after people have started developing the areas - that kind of plan is an "afterthoughtplan". |
