Well am pleased to say I have been vindicated. Recently a fellow Nairalander by the name (backspace) alerted me to a paid Advert in the Guardian about some plots of land illegally acquired fraudulently under Government acquisition and the survey plans drawn up fraudulently to procure Governors consent for the land. Those governors consent have been revoked by Governor Fashola himself and the people who bought the lands have lost Millions of their money and lands for not doing a proper land investigation and engaging fraudulent surveyors who connive with Omoniles to commit atrocities. If una like from today, don't do a proper land verification search before you buy land, we would be reading about your land revocation in the papers and title withdrawal. All those quacks shouting and advising people on Nairaland that you can buy land under processing or there is nothing wrong buying a land that is under acquisition or Nairaland Lawyer is always talking rubbish, over to you, Fashola is ready to answer you now with the only language you understand. Demolition, Cancellation of fraudulent documents and revocation of lands fraudulently acquired.

I'm glad you are on this forum and wish to express my feelings to you.
I am not really happy about the processing of transportation with your company.
I made a purchase on the 4th of March, 2013 and got my confirmation. By the next day 5th March, i have competed all the appropriate documentations including the consignee form. But to my amazement, and in spite of several emails, skype chat and calls, my car has just arrived at the exit Port warehouse (Port of Baltimore)on the 12th of April. To make it more frustrating, it is scheduled to sail on the 28th of April, 2013.

From my estimation, the scheduled arrival time at Lagos Apapa Port is 17th of May, 2013 - this makes a total of frustrating 74days between purchase and delivery. This is the most inefficient delivery time in the importation business. I would have done it faster and cheaper if I had privately handled the transportation and shipment but i left it to your company - relying on your claimed experience and efficiency.

I am mentioning these things for you to take note of your processes and to see to improving on delivery time and also to communicate to client regularly on issues/causes of delays if any. For example, it took upto 3weeks for you to get a driver to deliver my car at the port of exit - that's totally unacceptable considering the fact that i paid $450 for the inland transportation when i could have gotten it done for $200 if handled privately by me.

Overall, I am totally unhappy with your service and the response time of your agents. However, there are great deals available on your platform and the fact that i don't have to be a specially licensed dealer to participate in your auction is a great plus for you.
