What a Spurious mediocre analysis! The stock market closed 2.30pm whilst the tribunal proceedings was still being broadcasted as at 5.30pm yesterday. Please let's make sensible correlation and not turn everything into politics. @ dipoolowoo I think you will be better off as a political analyst and not a stock market analyst. |

Electroweb:This is absolutely correct. |
jesuisroya:No, you don't have to book the tickets before your visa interview since it won't add or subtract from the success at interview. However, you are expected to include this in your travel itinerary if it's one of the main reasons for your trip. I hope this helps. |
seanfer:Guy, what you don't know is more than what you know. Firstoff, google about the parliamentary system of government, then come back for further tutorials. |

The United States (US) has said that effective worldwide on 29 August, Nigerian citizens will be required to pay a visa issuance fee, or reciprocity fee, for all approved applications for non-immigrant visas in B, F, H1B, I, L, and R visa classifications. This was disclosed in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Public Affair Division of the US Embassy in Abuja. The statement noted that the reciprocity fee will be charged in addition to the non-immigrant visa application fee, also known as the MRV fee, which all applicants pay at the time of application. “Nigerian citizens whose applications for a non-immigrant visa are denied will not be charged the new reciprocity fee. Both reciprocity and MRV fees are non-refundable, and their amounts vary based on visa classification.” the statement said. US law requires US visa fees and validity periods to be based on the treatment afforded to US citizens by foreign governments, insofar as possible. Visa issuance fees are implemented under the principle of reciprocity: when a foreign government imposes additional visa fees on US citizens, the United States will impose reciprocal fees on citizens of that country for similar types of visas. Nationals of a number of countries worldwide are currently required to pay this type of fee after their non-immigrant visa application is approved, the statement said. “The total cost for a US citizen to obtain a visa to Nigeria is currently higher than the total cost for a Nigerian to obtain a comparable visa to the United States. The new reciprocity fee for Nigerian citizens is meant to eliminate that cost difference. “Since early 2018, the US government has engaged the Nigerian government to request that the Nigerian government change the fees charged to US citizens for certain visa categories. After eighteen months of review and consultations, the government of Nigeria has not changed its fee structure for US citizen visa applicants, requiring the US Department of State to enact new reciprocity fees in accordance with our visa laws. “The reciprocity fee will be required for all Nigerian citizens worldwide, regardless of where they are applying for a non-immigrant visa to the United States. The reciprocity fee is required for each visa that is issued, which means both adults and minors whose visa applications are approved will be charged the reciprocity fee. The fee can only be paid at the US Embassy or the U.S. Consulate General. The reciprocity fee cannot be paid at banks or any other location. https://businessday.ng/breaking-news/article/breaking-us-imposes-visa-reciprocity-fee-on-nigerian-citizens-worldwide/ |
Crazy and desperate government. I'm not sure anyone is thinking in this govt. Everyone is acting foolishly out of control. Soon they will talk about taxing prostitutes, street beggars and Yahoo boys ![]() |

It's history for those who need to know it. Stop wailing on behalf of the USMissionNGRA. overlord77: |
How can I be angry with an unexposed, fake local immigration advisor like you. My first trip to the UK was in 1986 when the visa was issued free of charge and my USA first trip was in 1992 when the protocol was to drop your passport in the morning at Walter Carrigton Crescent and pick it up in the afternoon paying no dime and visa issued. They started the whole idea of charging for visas when they saw the economics and business side of it. Now every other person, including Nigeria imbibed the habit. The USA deny Nigerians visa by mere "discretion" with no factual basis - is that not an indicator of fraud. Couldn't they have shown their honesty and transparency by introducing a point based visa system? Anybody who doesn't meet the minimum point won't bother to pay their frivolous fees and waste time coming for a baseless interview judged by a low grade visa officer on the basis of "discretion"? Please think! iyaaliyah: |
Beautyaddy and 123JohnF Guys, let's be friend. Points have been made and no need for further heat on this thread. We can catch up on ma next trip to the US next year - if you can guarantee my safety. Cheers. |
Yeah, your Dictator ruler. That's the biggest business you guys have for now - the American Idi Amin . The fake dealmaker that's going to ostracize and sink the "gun battlefield."Beautyaddy: |
Why the pain Beauty? I didn't mention that I was denied a US Visa. I was in the US during my Dec 2017/18 vacation. I visited Disney and Universal studios in Orlando during my last US trip (Check my previous thread about the topic). I'm more concerned about the way they treat Nigerians (visa refusals and dropbox suspension, etc) - its actually borne out of hatred and jealousy and you are basically a representative of the fact. Your country is a high risk destination for now - get that into your subconscious. I'm avoiding your gun battlefield for now. Bye ![]() Beautyaddy: |
I have never been denied a US Visa please. It's not about me but about how they treat Nigerians recently. Why can't they refund people's visa fees after refusal? They don't want you but they can collect your money - shameless fellows. It's called Advanced Fee Fraud (419) here in Nigeria. Collecting money for services not rendered. Thieves! flourishing247: |
Yes, very serious bro. You guys are already killing yourselves - mass shootings and massacre. I guess you've not been seeing the travel warnings everywhere against your country. Unfortunately, USA is now tagged a high risk destination. On top of it, you have entered the trap of a Dictator as your ruler . Let's see how you guys fair in years to come. For now, I'm off to London on summer vacation, see you later ![]() 123JohnF: |
USMissionNGRA You don't have to listen anymore this thread is no longer active. Nigerians are already ditching USA visa for other destinations. Shame! You guys have to solve your internal problems first before you try to help others. You have a Dictator as your ruler, mass shootings and internal massacre everywhere, racism, bigotry and other vices. These are early RED flags and indicators of a failing nation. |
This thread is no longer Active . What a pity! Nigerians are now ditching the US for Canada and other European destinations. Most Nigerian celebrities and elites have suddenly switched to the UK for their summer vacation. See Linda Ikeji & family, Ay and family, etc. USMissionNGRA should not mess with the most populous black nation on earth, otherwise you pay for it. The recent indiscriminate visa refusals to Nigerian citizens and frequent travellers is uncalled for. It is called 419 here - Advanced Fee Fraud. Very soon, the US Airlines will start recording losses on the lucrative Nigerian routes and finally wind down operations. Shikena! ![]() |
Point of correction, Nigeria is an Underdeveloping country and not an underdeveloped country - they both mean different things entirely. MrWTF: |
AdeMavrodi:Ignorant man asking ignorant question, liked by ignorant Nairalanders. This is why I always say Nigeria is full of educated illiterates and 80% of them are on Nairaland. |
TruthinAction:What more can I say since you have taken a mentally unstable prostitute as your hero. I feel so sorry for your matter. For your information, I am a professional and not a disciple of SCOAN. As a matter of fact I have visited the Synagogue more than ten times in the past just to debunk the satanic fallacies being propagated by minorities like you. That's why I am happy to neutralize your baseless insinuations and prevent innocent people from believing you. Thank God Bisola was purged out of SCOAN just like Judas Iscariot - because she doesn't even belong there in the first instance. Can you do yourself a favour by also reading the YouTube comments on the false videos you shared - many people now know the truth. I hereby rest my case on your matter. THE TRUTH HAS BEEN SERVED! |
nathdim:I'm convinced you haven't used the new generation of Ford Explorer. A trial will convince you. It's probably one of the best long body SUVs out there. I have used the 2015 model and currently using the 2019 limited edition and no regret. |
Mr. TruthinAction, it is clear that Bisola Johnson (someone who confessed with her mouth as being mentally unstable and a converted prostitute) has brainwashed you. By the way, can't you see that she's doing this for profit - making money off the gullibile and sceptics like you? The woman has been doing this campaign for about 10yrs now doing CDs and tapes - she has to chop now! Pastor Sunday Adelaja (DSA) helped her to handle the publishing and placement of the book on Amazon.com before she came back to hit him too below the belt - I hope you also spent some time watching the DSA clip I posted earlier. As a matter of fact, Amazon.com is a market place and you can sell virtually anything from the comfort of your home on it - I also have a marketplace account on it. Finally, the timing of the video is not an issue here, even though that new video was uploaded by a smart discerning blogger on July 3, 2019 using different footages he could gather from youtube. Pls wake up my brother and don't turn a nonentity into a hero. |
It seems you are a comedian. You can as well arrest him and jail him to fulfill your wishful thinking. Meanwhile enjoy this clip from your hero.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8MlhHrSXKM And meditate on this clip of Prophet TB Joshua in the Holy City of Nazareth in Isreal... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIAViYDjwZI TruthinAction: |
TruthinAction:Mr. TruthinAction before you jump into conclusion please do some investigative work by watching these two videos involving the woman, TB Joshua and Pastor Sunday Adelaja who later became a victim of the same woman. Pls watch to the end.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzgyGWfYIjY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsWDRCskGvg |
IgweBUIKE1:Tell me you still believe the story after watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzgyGWfYIjY |
