I am following closely and is like so far, Rwanda & South Africa seem to the best option for greener pastures relocation withing Africa. I don't mind learning Portuguese if that is the stepping stone or lunchpad in Cape Verde. I need more info pls ......Rwanda? South Africa? and Cape Verde. If I want to follow Natural Justice and Principle of Equity then I THINK It's time for the SOUTHERN NIGERIAN and precisely SOUTH-EAST but Politically I opined that Prof. Osinbajo is more experienced, ready and more qualified. Yoruba gained nothing from OBJ Administration and Prof. Osinbajo can't point to nothing from him in the SouthWest, just compare physical development in Katsina under Buhari.
