I have placed withdrawal since last week Tuesday, I haven’t gotten my money till now. They have a shitty customer service that lies with ease. They keep talking about technical issues. I think they really have a problem that they ain’t allowing everyone to know about.

I meant splitting my MMF. Eg 1m in one MMF , another 2m MMF seperately another 5m MMF seperately. Stanbic have this oprion but i cant do that with FirstAlly and Norren.

Why is nobody saying anything about ARM MMF? Anybody using it? I dont really like that Norrenberg, it takes days to update my balance on their app. FirstAlly is my fav, so swift.

The thing i dont like abt FirstAlly and Norrenberg is that i cant do the same multiple mutual investments like stanbic.

For investment one, please get in touch to know what the issue is, and I will be able to escalate appropriately. Normally, if there are no kyc issues, within a week account is ready.
By the way, when did you register for a stock account with them?

I have s8gned up with First Ally. For now, i am enjoying their service. Their customer care rep even called me to ask how far.

I have not received any message from invesOne. I don check ny mail and spam tire.

For auto invest, you can set it up with your bank and use Norrenberger collection account as destination. The type in BluNest is not on Norren world.

You can use the same stockbroking firm i use - investment one stockbrokers.
To open stock/cscs account with them, click the third link on my signature and complete the registration form online.

After your account is set up, you can go ahead and trade anywhere you are in the world

You require the usual kyc documents for registration. Please note that registration is free.

@squad, I hope there is proper narration, because even customers who funded yesterday already have their value. Most times fund postings are delayed if there is no proper narration.

However, you can reach out to me through the number in my signature for one-on-one resolution.

I am not even talking about daily rates, at least acknowledgement of account bn funded should be in place. Paid in since tuesday morning, no email, no text, not on the app, nothing. Dont think StanbicMMF will do such.

Hehe... Na money matter oo. Actually i am not really enjoying their service maybe it is because i am used to using StanbicMMF. With this norrenberg, i cant even do autiinvest. I complained and was told of additional charges. Haba.

Apart from updating our daily interest or booking our newly deposited funds, fund managers also have other jobs they engage in, like scouting for the best channels to invest our funds..

Norrenberger is very okay... They could even be updating rates every two or three days, no wahala... But they must ensure rates are competitive in the industry, that's the major concern for most investors.

We will definitely get to our financial destination.

Those using norrenberg how una dey take do am? The service is poor. I am just testing the waters with them but it is not encouraging.

I funded my acct since tuesday morning. Up till now, it has not reflected. For them to update my acct balance na wahala. Cant keep up.

For tbose with norrenberg, it is only payment through credit card that is available for mutual fund investment?

I can't tell you how or when to forgive your mum. You are hurt, and we wired differently. The truth is that most of these our parents are annoying. They hurt us and actually think they are doing us a favour and end up realising it too late.

I read your past comments, my take is that, no matter what, LET YOUR CHILD STAY WITH YOU.

With time, she might not really have any affection towards you and may end up blaming you for some of your decisions just the way u blame your mother now.

I wish you find true love and marry right BUT if doesn't happen soon, don't let it weigh you down. Some women get married and their lives get more miserable.

I think what you need now is:

- Learn to accommodate your mum and forgive her shortcomings, by the time she is no more, u will miss her.

- Bond with your child, she will make you heal faster.

- Focus more on how to develop yourself and become financially stable, no man wants to marry a liability.

- Pray on your own (mother's prayer for you is also very important at this stage) and give charity as much as you can afford. Don't believe "this pastor say, that pastor say". Nobody is God's PA.

Growing up, my mother did a lot of terrible things to me even till I became an adult. I'm 40 now and she's aged.

I would advise you to use google and do your research, just let you know that it’s very low risk investment but be prepared for the uncertainties.
