etunoman76: U are welcomeStatus ? Govt allocation, R of O or C of O? |
donem: Rooneyboy or what ever you call yourself you can say what you wish to, after all talk is indeed cheap. You might be the one hungry, N/B am based in Europe and well to do ain't boasting.Mr man "Grow up".. based in Europe, So what? ur comment just show that ur still a baby... Happy Belated Children's Day... |
etunoman76: I'm sorry for the late response. R of O means Right of Occupancy and it basically means u have the right to occupy the land, but u ultimately need the C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) to show for it and this actually takes a long time to come out (at least in Abuja). Govt usually ask for the C of O of a land if there are issues, like compensation, re-location etc. However, with R of O u can start work on d land while u process other documents (change of ownership, payment of AGIS re-certification, TDP etc) and all these could cost u N500K. And another N100K to get the FCDA C of O. But u may get them for slightly less thru others.Thank you. Thank you.. Thank you... |
etunoman76: A friend of mine just called me that he has 800 sqm at Kuje, with R of O and it's going for N850K. If u are interested, I could arrange for u and him to meet for sighting of d documents and landwhats d diff btw R of O and C of O? It u need to convert R of O to C of Ol wats d procedure and ow much? |
@OP.. You didnt mention ur course of study in the university. Personally, i think your husband have a point for the reasons he stated. Maybe you can consider doing a professional course in your field of study for now and continue to apply to jobs. Masters in some Nigerian Universities are Nightmares nowadays.. So time consuming.. U graduated in 2010,u still av time to study, take your time to stabilize ur family for now,run professional courses and think of getting a good job. All the best.. |
Yes, it could be fuel pump wahala which may be due to 1. Empty fuel tank before refilling ur fuel tank may cause dirt to mix with the fuel, 2. Adulterated fuel 3. Faulty fuel pump. The good thing is dat u can confirm urself first depending on where ur fuel pump is located in the car. Locate the fuel pump, loose the hose and put the car on ignition, if it is still working, fuel will gush out else but a new one. I think u can get a good one for 5k. |
How old are you? |
Dido.. my favourite... her first album remains d best album to be released by an artiste.. |
Let me know when u are organizing in Abuja |
@Brainwave @All.. I am a Civil Engr but not decided whether i should go for HSE or the NISP Construction Safety (Constr HSE)course... what do u think? |
i am surprised with the response of some peeps on dis thread..For a system like this, one of its objective is to CONTROL the traffic system in the area.. But for dese guys, MONEY is the ONLY objective.(1) Is there any effective transport system in place to encourage citizens to park dere cars at home and use public transport?.. (2) There are some Public offices dat dont av adequate parking spaces.. the OGAs always park inside the building, an average civil servant that comes to office will be forced to park OUTSIDE/INFRONT of the office. What provision is made for them? DO u expect someone that comes to office to pay N50 every 30 minutes from 8am to 5pm everyday? we have a long way to go.. and some ppl are here comparing nigeria with chicago.. i just cant comprehend ow some ppl think... Poor transport system, High cost of fuel, No rail transport within the city... and d govt wakes up with ready made policies without making any provision first.. We still have a long way to go. |
You guys should arrange yourselves and come over to Abuja.. ur attention is needed here.. |
