There is all year round training for officers based on performance and efficiency. If officer x is good at this then he or she is sent for further skill acquisition. The partners that enabled this process started pulling out strategically. It didn't take rocket science to realize that they knew some sought of infiltration have happened within certain layers of the chain of command. And the bad thing is you need foreign partners because your mode of operations 5 years doesn't hold water this age. And the terrorist are learning and advancing their skills, technically they are mirroring you. only difference is that you as a nations agency have the financial leverage to execute operations.

We are getting to a level that arming citizens will be the only viable choice, since intelligence operations will now have to readapt. Currently we loosing ground because all the sister agencies depend on the DSS to function optimally.

I never hear from DSS. Are they still dancing makossa?

You can't give what you don't have.
Solving kidnapping requires intelligence. We have dumb people incharge of security in this country.

This have gotten so bad that I there's no fear in what am going to say. Buhari coming into power killed the DSS, reason for this is because good amount of career officers left. Career officers are the bread and butter, meaning they are the most dedicated because they hsve committed their lives to the service.

There was a special task force created. Based on only to need to know basis, all of a sudden a person of northern extraction was placed to run it. Aim of this task force is to be planted into operations that have probability of been compromised from within. That way you are ahead of whoever thinks they are calculative.

This action of placing someone, which was more of a political move lead to massive resignation. The punishment for such action was removal of security clearance and retirement benefits.

Ever since that agency have been blind and deaf in a multilayer core operations. and all you witnessing from rampant menace of herdsmen to terror cells having a field day is connected to that dirt been done on that special task force.

Truly the Houthis are the heroes of our time. They are proven to the world what they're capable of doing.

I expected the US/UK to take the fight to the Red Sea, fight the Houthis soldiers there and not taking your fighter jet to be bombing civilians sleeping at home.

If you have differences with your fellow man, fight him at the spot, going behind to fight his aged mother, wife and children is nothing but being coward.

The Houthis have been blocking any Isreali own ship from passing the Red Sea, I expected the US/UK to take the full fight to the Red sea and not to Yemen.

Now we all can see Israel is just a light weight fighter claiming heavy weight.

STFU, bunch of senseless dirt bag.

You have a point about Lagos but why is Lagos favoring only Yoruba women? You have other tribe women in Lagos and they all have equal right in private enterprise and personal excellence but yet they couldn’t overshadow Yoruba women.

However, that is not the main reason because even before Lagos was this big, Yoruba women have always dominated major sectors and markets. Thats why when you go about reading about first in any field, they are usually Yoruba women.

You people are dumb in this country. You don't read your history and don't know how the nation trade. Typically the western region have always engaged in banking and trade finance. Majority of the banking reforms the British made was carried out was in the west specifically lagos which was then the capital of the British empire in nigeria. The discovery of oil even deepened further. Which compelled many Yorubas to study banking and finance related subject.
Just like the east is known for it's manufacturing of goods, they literally engaged in handwork related field.
while the north is known for it's agriculture strength due to fertile lands and their farming skills to produce in large scale.
The south south during the British empire was known for fishery and timber strength till oil came and killed it off totally.
So all these unnecessary gaslighting is not needed, everyone have what they specialized in.

Next is to court marshal and punish them accordingly. No soldier should flex muscle with civilians, but do that with bandits and terrorists.

Blame yourselves, you use sentiment to elect fools that end up utilize soldiers for their protection and safety.

A soldier have no business in any civil structure but the fools you guys elect via sentiment are so scared of the people trained to protect them that they have to utilize soldiers.

Soldiers are the ones you can have total trust in because you can be rest assured when robbers or thugs are terrorizing your neighborhood soldiers won't seat idle.

Every soldier have earned that badge and uniform, they are specifically trained to be a Killing machine. The mindset of every man serving is broken, destroyed and reconstructed. So you won't expect them to tolerate nonsense especially when there's lack of discipline.

Tell your useless politicians to make your community work so that there will be less criminals, so that there won't be need soldiers.

Rape and abuse are totally unacceptable even by T.B Joshua but

I know a lot of you must've watched Surviving R.Kelly, the interviews and whatever, funny enough, comedian Dave Chapelle(no pun intended )in one of his specials recounted how the producer of the documentary contacted him to be a part of the documentary.
Dave Chapelle said he told her (the producer) that he knows absolutely nothing about Robert Kelly, later he said the producer went on TV to say Dave said the documentary would be too hot for TV.

Some of these so called documentary maybe scripted, it seems you underestimate the power of the media and the motivation that money gives.

Remember how Michael Jackson was also vilified.

Human beings can be very wicked.

You think Dave Chappelle will snitch as a fellow Black American? Don't you know snitching in black America is literally death sentence? Lots of black people knew the truth about R Kelly but chose to do see no evil, speak no evil.

What?!?!? That's a surprise, it's a very common bank especially in the north with some branches in Lagos. They offer sukuk loan, that's loan with no interest since it's unIslamic to collect interest.

So if in Year 2021 total number of transaction was 15 with the total amount of 3 million. Does that mean 50 naira will be deducted from 15 transactions made? Because I don't understand, so what deductions were made then payments were been made then?

More like Chinese people. Majority of the crisis that are mineral related are caused by Chinese interest. Foreign Affairs / Re: ISIS Claims Responsibility For Attack In Kerman, Iran by sslcrypt: 10:04pm On Jan 04
Ningishzida:
• Uganda passed a law to criminalize Gay. Within the following week, they were attacked by terrorists who somehow managed to acquire western made weapons to carry out their massacres murders in Uganda.

• Western medias are pointing fingers at Iran as being the sponsors of the Houthis, the next thing ISIS carries out a mass massacre in Iran.

This should be an eye opener to any of you Africans still doubting that the West are not the sponsors of these "Islamic Organizations" operating under different names the world over, including the Boko haram and Herdsmen destroying Nigerias economy through the constant massacres they carry out.

The playbook to keep Nigeria and other Countries not belonging to pale-skinned people forever subservient to the West is simple:
Take the case of Nigeria for example.
• Initially it was Boko haram carrying out massacre in a timed schedule. Each of these massacres are constantly hyped by all Western media together. It even got to a point where I had to be checking the local t-online news screens in every German city train station to see the breaking news of the most recent massacre carried out by Boko haram and Herdsmen in Nigeria. The goal was to make Foreign investors scared of going to invest in Nigeria. Who wants to invest their money in a country where Islamic jihadists are carrying out mass murders every day?
• Recently the Boko harams are not getting enough Western Weapons from their sponsors because these same sponsors have shifted their priorities to sponsoring Herdsmen. The intent of sponsoring the Herdsmen is simple; attack and kill farmers constantly so that at some point in the near future, Farmers will become scarce in Nigeria and people will become scared of farming because everyone knows some farmer(s) that got killed or raped by Herdsmen while working in their farms.
• This trend will lead to us importing all our foods from other countries, meaning more demand of Euro and Dollar, weakening our Naira even further.
• The more our Naira Weakens, the weaker our economy and military will become. This means the few Nigerians left in Nigeria that still has an iota of IQ will all japa to the West in search of greener pastures where majority will end up working as slaves for these Westerners.
It is a grand game that these Westerners are using to keep us poor but unfortunately our leaders lack the self-esteem to stand up to the Western blood suckered.
Instead, ECOWAS, under the leadership of Nigeria, is supporting France to fight against their African Brothers Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, because these countries finally got leaders who seek dignity for their citizens.
We were once the same Nigeria that assisted South Africa to fight against their Apartheid inflicted upon them by these Pale skinned Westerners. Now we are the same Nigeria helping France to maintain their subjugation of our African brothers.
The image below shows all the affrican countries that supported France to maintain the colonization of Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso through the sanction that prevented any import going to these countries.
One thing stood out, all these countries are francophone colonies with puppet government appointed by France and using currencies produced by France. All the countries except Nigeria. Nigeria had the option but voluntarily chose to support France in their colonization of these three countries whose leaders aare fighting for their right to self-determination.
Thanks to the Moroccan government who finally invited Mali, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria to a talk that will enable them route their imports through the Moroccan ports. It was after Benin Republic heard about this that they decided to quickly reopen their seaports for imports going to these three countries because they know they will be loosing billions annually if these three countries finally gets the deal with Morocco.

What a load of NONSENSE. YOU SOUND LIKE A BRAIN DEAD PERSON.
