Love800: Why did you resign from banking?
I thought banking is a lucrative career. Yes it was, I was an SBO then, however, my business was already given me more than what a full manager earned. It would take me minimum of 10years to get to a full manager from where I was. Hence, it was not worth it staying when I could use that time to network, travel and expand. |

Princedapace: Lol, politcians know this but have refused to do it, except the people jointly demand for it. This will solve many problems. Infact, for me, South west would benefit a lot from this. South west already has lagos, it can make mad money from lagos alone. I honestly always wonder why South west is not in the front pushing for dissolution of Nigeria or at least, complete regional system of govt. South west willl honestly develop so fast than any other region in Nigeria. I dont know why they arent pushing for this. It is just so crazy. I am Igbo but the region that will suffer the most if Nigeria split today within southern Nigeria is the south east. They may pickup later due to how hard working and smart their people are but the first 10 to 20 years would be brutal. But u see south west, they will start smiling instantly. When Malasiya kicked out Signapore from the union, the Singaporean leader cried, begged and lobbied. Singapore was a mere fishing village with no single natural resources. History has proved time after time that Human capability and development is the biggest economic resource a country can ever have. |

The previous law stipulates that the person that sponsored his or her spouse before their relationship went south must notify the UK Home office that their marriage is over, and UK Home office will shorten the dependent's visa duration and also notify the dependent to leave the UK within the stipulated time or switch to a different visa like work, human right visa but not to become dependent on another UK resident or citizen while still in the UK. Oga leave Facebook, everything you need to know about the UK is at Gov.uk |

Body no be wood like they say and its true. Makes no sense leaving her alone here while you are there. Accomodation in London is expensive, and I believe he brought the wife in on study route. First the school might have offered lower tuition and secondly that might be closest school that offered her admission |

franchasofficia: If they divorce, he cannot remove her from his sponsorship unless she secures a new sponsor. If he removes her, the new UK immigration law which most of you dont know yet is that both of them have to leave UK.
Because of this new law, a lot of Nigerian ladies who brought their husbands to UK on their visa sponsorship that went to remove their husbands from their sponsorship so that they will be asked to leave UK have been rushing back to withdraw their application to remove their husband from their sponsorship knowing fully well that with the new UK immigration law, they too must leave the UK This is not true stop saying this. The guy you are quoting is correct. The ladies that were asked to leave, are those that want to divorce and claim domestic violence, under which you would be allowed to stay but the UK is now very tough on that. If you divorce your dependent and you inform Home office the person will be given 60days to find his or her square root |

Kobicove: In your effort to sound knowledgeable you just exoposed your ignorance.
Do you even know what it means to say that an earning is "tax deductible".
When you say that something is tax deductible what it simply means is that you are allowed to deduct it from your global earnings before the tax rate is applied on the balance remaining which is referred to as the assessable income.
O.lo.d.o!
The proper thing in this instance is to say that the income is "taxable".
By the way processing tax payment on winnings or any form of windfall income should not take this long! I will still knack sense to your head , the person paying that N50m, the amount is tax deductible since it is an expense to their business, hence, they will sort that part, also to the person receiving the N50m the income is taxable and it it takes time to get sorted. |

codemaniacs: it is still not a contradiction.
it is a difference between Nigeria and South Africa.
In Nigeria, A foreigner can run for office but the political parties usually pick indigenes because it is the indigenes that are majority and they will not vote for a foreigner...
in South Africa, according to your explanation, the foreigners where voted into power by South Africans who are the majority...
so that makes it a South African problem.
in Nigeria, when one group grows in number inside another group’s territorial space and not political space that group is still not a majority in that space and the indigenes will always limit them not through violence like South Africans are doing but through not patronizing their businesses, increasing taxes that they pay, not renting spaces to them e.t.c..
that is why it is not a contradiction..
Black South Africans are the majority in South Africa and should use their voting to block out the foreigners turned citizens... Oga stop displaying your folly, you are contradicting yourself. You want to choose your own form of intimidation of those you consider non indigenous and also choose their own form of intimidation of overstayers? She is even correct 💯, you are intimidating your own country man and still talking trash |

These guys don't mind dying, so reporting you killed this too person or you killed that top person is neither here nor there. In terms of assassinations, nothing will shock the world more than that of the Ayatollah - and if that didn't flip anything in Iran, then these other ones are now boring. If you're not going to kill the whole Iranians, then you're the loser. Even small Gaza, with all the killings and leveling of the place, the people are still defiant, let alone Iran. However this was between 2003 and 2012 when the last troop were evacuated. Taliban killed about 1,000 US personnel spanning the entire length of the war. The difference is US had boots on the ground in both wars. If the US lands in Iran, definitely the toll will go but Iran will never remain the same again. |

JUST IN: At Least 1,281 Killed in Israel, Tasnim Finds March, 22, 2026 - 21:29
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Hebrew website of Tasnim News Agency has concluded that the number of casualties in the occupied territories has surpassed 1,280 people. The Hebrew group of Tasnim has examined data related to the following Israeli cemeteries:
[b](1) Har HaMenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem
2) Yarkon Cemetery in Petah Tikva
3) Holon Cemetery in Holon
4) Segula Cemetery in Petah Tikva
5) Kiryat Shaul Cemetery in Tel Aviv
6) Har HaZeitim Cemetery in Jerusalem
7) Haifa Cemetery in Haifa
8 ) Nahalat Yitzhak Cemetery in Givatayim
9) Rehovot Cemetery in Rehovot
10) Ashdod Cemetery in Ashdod
Tasnim has also taken a look at the casualties in the Chevra Kadisha organizations in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem (occupied al-Quds), Haifa, Petah Tikva, and Rishon LeZion, as well as data related to the movements of ZAKA (Zihuy Korbanot Ason) or “Disaster Victim Identification” teams, reaching the conclusion that the number of casualties in the recent war in Israel is at least 1,281.
Chevra Kadisha are the responsible organizations for burial affairs in Israel.
Based on the findings of the Hebrew website of Tasnim, an analysis of data related to the database of cemeteries in Israel indicates that the average number of deaths in the occupied territories is about 150 people on ordinary days. However, an additional daily average of 61 people has been added over the past 21 days, bringing the average number of those buried during these days to at least 211 per day.
Therefore, if the minimum casualties is estimated at an average of 61 people per day, a total of 1,281 fatalities can be projected over a period of 21 days.
The statistics related to the movements of ZAKA rescue teams also report 703 cases. Considering that ZAKA, unlike regular emergency services that use ambulances to transport the injured, is specifically for the deceased, this level of movement further substantiates the figure of 1,281 rather than what official Israeli accounts claim.
ZAKA teams are part of a volunteer rescue organization in the Zionist regime that operate at scenes of death and severe incidents, not in transporting the injured.
In this analysis, the statistics related to the casualties in Arad and Dimona that occurred yesterday have not yet been taken into account.
https://www.tasnimnews.ir/en/news/2026/03/22/3547036/at-least-1-281-killed-in-israel-tasnim-finds Iran has prohibited the use of Internet and has not allowed journalist access to view the bombarding of its cities yet they are transparent? , every US and Israeli soldier killed, there's a memorial for them. I don't want Iran to accept any peace plan I want them to fight to the last . |
