There need to be a quick despatch of justice to assuage the victims families too.

Her face was revealing as she wasn't noticing the camera was directly beaming on her, as thus made her easy for profiling. She would definitely have her day in court.

Sadly she won't. She'll only serve jail sentence while being fed with tax payer's money after which she'll be freed and go on to leave a normal life.

At the moment it may seem so, but no one can foretell what the justice system in NY can come up with tomorrow when execution might be lifted once again as they often do. This year alone, murder cases has soared in alarming proportion in the States, several states might begin to resume executions as deterrence once again. So sad really.

Only if the state where she committed the murder has death penalty.

She was so ruthless and daring. Aimed to kill instantly. Though N.Y has one of the highest rate of executions in the US, but execution has been suspended at present. That's not ruling out that inmates on death rows can't be executed as this has often been off an on thing in N.Y administration.
