First of all, my brother u have been scammed. Relax, and accept your fate, you cant change it. Secondly, its ur kind dat fill the pockets of yahoo boys all over Nigeria. Please my brother, what is Jumia pay? And as a human being dat u are, someone comes to do biz with u and d person u are doing business with pays u before getting d product, wont u scam such a person? You already handed money to dem via Jumia pay and u expect dem to regard u? I love to order stuffs online, it fill my heart with joy but i always take my brain with me. I do pay on delievery, i unwrap d product, i see it, i touch it, if possible, they follow me and reach my house so i can test it before i hand over d cash. Jumia pay is used to decieve gullible idiots(no offense) they say wen u use jumia pay, they take 2000naira off ur order, u will be jumping up and down thinking dat u have won but u didnt win, they did. Use your head my brother and dont let them chop u again, they fooled u once, shame on dem, but if u allow dem to fool u twice? My brother, shame will be for u. Endure, i know how it feels like to be scammed. But the feeling will pass and for ur sake dont let d lesson u learnt from this pass too. Good luck. @Iykewest. I'm forced to believe that you are a scam as well. How can you sound like this? You like many others are one of the reason Nigeria isn't were it's suppose to be globally in technology when you sound like this. See I have paid for products using Jumia pay and I had a fantastic experience. The product was delivered without any glitches. I have also had issues with the products I bought online from jumia. Yes! Jumia has their path to play on this by not having a efficient QA team.
However, that does not mean you so shouldn't "pay for the product you're using". We as Nigerians need to have this mindshift if we really want make online business work. You cannot go to amazon, ebay, costco and target and purchase item without paying for it. It tells me as the buyer that you're serious about getting the item. Remember the guy never complained about jumia not delivering the item or running away with his item. Rather his complain was on getting a defective product. If the guy wasn't satisfied with the product there is a section to review the product so that you can air your views and help other buys see reason not purchase that item from the same merchant. Remember Jumia is marketplace (a distribution network) not your regular ecommerce store.

Olist is fake, fake and fake as far as I'm concerned. These idiots steal people's number from other platforms like Jiji and prepend that you registered on their platform when you did not. They did the same for me and the bastard tried to upsell me. What more can be done?? The test for marketshare has made these companies carry out illegal vices just to get their number moving up.
