jidegirl12: I don't know where you're from but where I'm from and Igbo side(from what I've seen) it has always been the mother in-law ( husband's side) that comes to stay for a while, ofcourse the wife's mom can drop in whenever too.

as the matter of fact the wife's mom will excuse her cos that's the way it is..... cultural thing I guess and it feels right too

But but with the way things are turning around lately esp reading from NL lately , things might have changed now , power struggles everywhere no be small thing.

And like I mentioned earlier everybody can join the party too I really don't care and there's nothing like family .

Which igbo side are you from. In igbo land. It is culturally the woman mama that attends to her after child birth. She may stay for a month or more. While coming she brings along wit her some goodies and while going the in law will settle her with some goodies too.

The properties in question are not owned by ikemba . Mind you. Ikemba is an illegitimate child of sir louis ojukwu. So, i see not how she can drag with the true born son's of their father. They the legitimate son's do not want to fight dirty because they accepted Ikemba as their true blood but the woman who came into the family by marriage is already fighting dirty. Mind you. From Abata Nsugbe (Nwafor Orizu College of Education Nsugbe) for 2weeks now this area don't have light. The past weeks they (PHCN) gave light ,Tuesday and Saturday has became their inheritage which means that tuesdays and saturdayz nothing like light for Abata Nsugbe. This days they have changed it for the whole two weeks till now.

my story is pitiable. Was inside my room one afternoon after taken my bath and was about to dress up when someone pushed open my door i rushed & closed d door & asked who was that but d person didn't talk rather forced d door open by that time i saw one yellow man who entered d room & hold my one hand so i was struggling asking him whom he was but all i can hear from him is'was she the one?' & continue to drag me out without cloth to cover my body. I only managed to wear my pant and bra. He dragged me out without listen to me or introducing himself. It was when he took me outside that i was upsetted and slap him. It was then he said that i slapped a police man and was under arrest for that. He took me to the station naked. TO BE CONTINUE
