nateev your rite. cos Yesterday been Sunday 25th Jan. 09 nigerias flying eagles waloped CIV by three unreplyed goals. in fact i watched that game from beging to the final whistle. They tried although they have not reached that peak yet, but they showed more seriousness when lauching a counter attack, the most interesting thing was that the two guys that was punished for their conduct got the second and the winner goal for the Boso let team.

I was happy, i just want Nigerians to always see this country as great not rubbles of confused people cos when the nation is doing well, we all happy. After all, when the Golden Eaglets did it in 2007 we all rejoiced, so we should learn to appreciate good things, those little little things arround us.

Goals from Kingsley Udoh and Yakubu Alfa got Ladan Bosso's Flying Eagles off to the best possible start in the African Youth Championships on Monday with a 2-0 win against Egypt.

Udoh headed in Alfa's cross early in the 35th minute, before Alfa himself profited from a sublime piece of work from substitute Gbolahan Salami to unleash an exquisite half volley.

In between Okeychukwu Uchebo had a goal inexplicably disallowed, and the Egyptians created opportunities of their own, the best being a penalty shout that was ignored by the referee after Matthew Edile scythed down an opponent in the box.

But it was the young Nigerians who created the better opportunities, despite a slow start.

Alfa had an early freekick saved by the goalkeeper, and Rabiu Ibrahim forced another fine save from the Egyptian goalkeeper with a curling effort.

Far Infrared Rays are the invisible rays of the Sun and are rightly known as the 'Light of Life'. In recent times, these were discovered by German scientist Sir William Herschel in 1800. His research led to the discovery that while there were known visible and invisible rays, there was also a third unknown invisible ray, which had an extremely strong heat reaction. Subsequently this was named as Far Infrared Ray.

These rays exist in the human body itself since birth, and the body produces them continuosly through-out our entire life span. They bring tremendous benefits to our body, as they help in the growth and development process, this is why they are termed as 'Light of Life'.
