The Benin Zonal Command of the EFCC on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, secured the conviction of David Wealth Ezuzu, an investment Fraudster, before Justice Efe Ikponmwonba of the Edo State High Court, Benin City.

Ezuzu, who is the chief executive of Arerben Ventures, an investment company, was arraigned on one count charge of obtaining by false pretence. He was said to have fraudulently obtained over N5 billion from unsuspecting members of the public on the pretext of investment in forex trading.

I really do not understand the effect the various sit at homes in the SE are supposed to have on Buhari. It only punishes the SE. It reduces their economic activity. It has absolutely NO EFFECT on the flow of oil money from the South to Buhari. What is the end game?

Below is what I see happening.

UGM to Buhari: Look at us. We are killing our brothers. We are destroying our region by halting the economic progress of our people. Nobody will vote in the southeast. No business will run smoothly. And we will continue if you don’t do what we want. You don’t know how wise we are. We have held you by the jugular!

Meanwhile, Buhari is just looking at UGM and saying in his mind: As long as oil money is flowing into my government’s coffers you guys can continue to kill each other. Go on. Destroy yourselves.
