Looking to build a six bedroom all ensuite two storey house, two living rooms plus visitors toilet on 80 by 100 dry land with a small infinite pool on the 1st or 2nd floor, due to the size of the land would appreciate if plan can accommodate up to 3 cars, also desirable is a small gate house and one room self contained bq attached to main building but with own access, at this stage i am open to all ideas.

2 bedrooms will have complete bath/shower/wc while the remain four will have wc/shower, all rooms with built-in wardrobe with the master possibly a small walk-in wardrobe. Many thanks.

This type of double volume design, with an interior balcony overlooking the main lounge is even going outdated in architectural design and this is not to say the house isn't beautiful. It is. The cost of building this depending on location and quality of materials without furnishings will range from 35m - 60m, excluding land cost because in places like Ikoyi, a plot can even be up to a billion naira.
