It was supposed to be a smooth process, even after they notified all participants about the need to split it into different countries like we have now. But the media capitalized on it and said MMM-GLOBAL HAS CRASHED, which caused a major panic at that time resulting in a restart.

As I speak to u, the old mavros have been all repaid to all participants who followed the rules.

In Nigeria, the case is very fugcking different, people are PHing more than usual now. And not just PHing, they are honoring the PHs than ever before. A restart can only occur, when no PHs are coming in, period!
