The Federal government has scrapped the National Youth Service Corps NYSC in a bid to cut down spendings. This was reached after today's Federal Executive Council Meeting. It will be recalled that the Federal Government had scrapped Post UTME to enable JAMB carry out its statutory responsibility of conducting admissions into the nation's Universities, Polytechnics and colleges of Education.
Meanwhile, all youth corps members currently serving now will be allowed to round off their service year with full financial benefits .

Immediately the budget is passed by mid march. The nscdc replacement list will be out.

MME is a wide course. You can work in any Engineering, Production, Maritime firm etc. The labour market is very favorable so far u know what you are doing. Just considerate and come out with a good grade. I was ones a student of the same course and today I have worked as a production Engineer, Qc Engineer, Planning Engineer and so on.

Met/Mat Engrg is the mother of engineering and am so proud to have my ist degree in it. It is one of the most difficult courses in nigerian universities. Having 2.2 in it and from ABU is a good grade. I did my Nysc in ABU in met mat departmt so I know what am saying. For the person that open dis trend send ur CV to my email.
