So, in 300-399, pallindromes are 303,313,323,333, 343,353,363,373,383,393. The last digit is 3( divisible by 3). Only four are multiples of 3: 303, 333, 363, 393. Same is true in 600-699: 606,636, 666, 696. And in 900-999: 909,936,969, 999. So in all, 12 pallindromes are multiples of three ie 4 from three groups. So total pallindromes between 100 to 1000 that are multiples of three are 18 + 12 =30
