Admit it. Tinubu is very unpopular among the Southern electorates. Go to any Southsouth state and confirm. Some of you Yorubas are just trying to force a Southern alliance that does not exist in reality. You are banking on governors to rig but you will be disappointed. First, because he was the Muslim-Muslim candidate in 2023 that got delivered by the North and secondly, because of his role in sabotaging another Southerner in 2015. In 2023, Atiku won Osun, Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom in the south. He won those states simply because the state governors worked for him. In 2027, he won’t get 10% in those states. APC won Rivers state in 2023 simply because Gov. Wike backed him. APC will win all South South states in 2027 without sweat.

Why didn't tinubu win Kaduna, Kastina, kano ? Didn't the governors there support him ?

Atiku will get at least 40% of SS votes. If he manages to get obi as his VP, he will get more than that. At worst come to worst, SS votes will be divided just like north central. He and obi did it in 2019. Nothing will change.

It take a massive rigging for wike to deliver rivers to Apc. Even with all the rigging, the opposite parties like Lp still get more than 25%. Apc got 251k votes despite winning majority of the lga while lp and pdp got 175k and 88k votes in rivers respectively.

The SS governors won't even rig even 80% of votes for Tinubu. It won't happen! If it was possible. Wike could have done it in rivers in 2023. But he didn't do it. You can't rig that massively for an unpopular candidate. And tinubu is not from their region. They will be a limit of election rigging they will do for tinubu.
